My favorite treatment is Aphogee from Sally's Beauty Supply (Also on Amazon). Super easy to use, inexpensive and does wonders for your hair. Use no more than once every six weeks. And, once applied and blown dry DO NOT scrunch, touch or comb hair. Leave in the allotted time and rinse.

Tressemme Repair and Protect Shampoo, Loreal Elvive Conditioner, Suave Kids Detangler (hypoallergenic), Garnier Leave-In Conditioner, and Loreal Magic Root Rescue (10 min. coloring I only use every 3-4 weeks). My hair is cut with long layers which allows for ponytail and bun hairtyles and is low maintenance so stylist trims are only done as needed. Love the outdoor videos you do and still follow Fit Friday exercising and am quitting smoking.

Ich glaub ich hab dich gespürt! 😱 Ich stand heute vor dem Regal und dachte, hmmmm welches Shampoo von Rausch hat Julia damals erwähnt im Video zu Kopfhautakne? Uuuund ich hab das richtige genommen. Nur an die Behandlungstonic konnte ich mich nicht erinnern.... Aber ja, gleiches Problem: Anderes Shampoo ausprobiert, vertrage es nicht und habe starken Juckreiz und Fettige Kopfhaut mit Pickel....

Hi Julia! I also use no silicones in my hair, and I don't know if you're familiar with the brand Nature Box (it's available at coop) if you're not you should totally try it! I've recently discovered their avocado hair mask (in a tub) and it's changed my hair game! It's so nourishing and not very expensive :) I have dry and balayaged hair so it needs extra moisture. t^This product (and brand in general) is my holy grail ! X
