The decision to test a new technique of vinification in amphoras - as often happens - was born almost by accident. Montecchio farmhouse is a company that produces, in addition to grapes and wines, even terracotta. So when a few years ago Riccardo Nuti, the owner, asked me to make a new wine, the idea to try a wine in amphora was almost natural.
