My very good friend and extremely talented dude Kenn Michael (pka Kenny Blank) was kind enough to be my trial run for this first episode of Speaking of Music!
Composer, producer, actor, director, software developer, Kenn Michael!
You may know Kenn from The Parenthood, As Told by Ginger and many other shows.. Kenn is not only an actor and voice over actor, he is also an accomplished composer, music producer, director, film editor and TECHNOLOGIST!
While he has done quite a bit of voice acting for cartoons, video games and anime, our conversation is primarily about writing music, producing and recording music in recording studios and inspiration and creation all around.

@@rihannahaiti5570It's not too far from the truth. More melanin provides more protection from showing the signs of aging. Of course a healthy diet and lifestyle play a big part, but having the extra melanin definitely makes a difference.

He got wrote off the show. Seems like Robert Townsend was quick wrote anybody out that show. He wrote Faizon Love off that show, which didn't make any sense at all. But those WB shows never made sense.

I did an Asthma psa with him in the late 90's. I asked him if he played any instruments. He was like "Guitar, keyboard, drums, bass". I was like dang, he was the star on set.
