I didn’t know about the little pads. Most helpful as are all your videos! Keep them coming! I just bought the BL Array! My biggest learning curve is getting color selection when using embroidery designs using thread other than Floriani! I could use an hour lesson on that alone!

Doug, need some help here!!! The little door that covers the bobbin area popped off of the machine the other day. I cannot find a video or information on how to put it back on. There must be a trick or something to it. Do you think you could add a video regarding this?? I would prefer to have it on but so many people tell me they just leave theirs off. Can you help please?

I had that happen so I made a video myself. Look for my channel. However, it fixed it sort of. The cover is almost closed. I think I lost one additional spring that is needed. But I can show you how to get it back mostly.

How is the babylock alliance no specific like step on oiling needle bar which does help at all.

baby lock spirit - I pulled the front cover off to get at the tension disc that had thread wound around it - snapped right out - no issues -but now I don't see how it snaps in - and I am worried I will break it - is there a way to show me how to get that back on? It's the one covering the take up lever. Thank you!

Hello! Around minute 1:45 after needle 7 you move the machine over to unlock the other needles and then you keep going with needle 4. So how do you get to needles 5 and 6? I'm working with a babylock valiant if it helps. Thanks!

If you position the needle bar frame to needle number 4, the number 5 and 6 needles will release. Please let us know if that helps!

What brand of oil do you prefer to use? My oil seems to make more of a mess at times!

Hi Pebbles, thanks for reaching out. We recommend contacting your local retailer about purchasing a bottle of 'clearer' oiler. They may also carry a special oiling bottle that can be used.

Doug, I just did this last week and today one of the presser foot cushions fell out while I was embroidering. Is there a way I can repair this? It appears the ring is cracked.
