:-) I had to look at your video again. I was pushing one button that was not the right one and Bingo! It worked. My repairman told me I needed a new monitor. I paid 1k for the tune up. They had my machine for about 3 months. They changed my tension screws to new ones and it made a big difference, but my hoop sensor was not working when I got it back. So, thank you so much. I fixed it thanks to you. I call it the “Five minute fix that worked.”

Thanks! On my babylock BMP6 when I took it apart like you said what I realized is their is pin that fits into a grove on the piece I took off. So when putting the piece back I made sure the pin was in the grove, and this made it recognize all the frames.

I needed this so bad as I just got my machine Friday and was going crazy trying to figure out why! Thanks u r the best instructor!

That was it! You saved my bottom! I was having the same error message with my fast frame and couldn’t figure what I was doing wrong! The fast frame needed to be on top of the sensor on my Babylock. Thanks a million!

I really enjoy your informative videos. I want to monogram shirts using a 9” and 10” font. I have the Brother Entrepreneur 6-plus PR670E along with the regular hoops and a set of the fast frames, including the 14x14 jumbo hoop. Oh my goodness THANK YOU!!! I didn't even have to do what you said. I went to remove the A frame and noticed the screw on the far right was loose. As soon as I tightened it up, I was good to go. YOU ROCK!

Thank you SO MUCH for this video. I was having this exact problem. I found out that one of the adjustment screws was loose so just had to tighten it to fix the issue. Would have never guessed it was that simple. Big Help!!

Change to larger hoop notification occurs after vibration of machine causes the small middle screw on frame gets loose. I just retighten the screw and no problem. I remember how frustrating it was before I figured this out

Jerry, you will get that error message when the screws are loose. There is a sensor in the screw area, but you usually don't have to take them out, but if you just tighten them, the message will usually go away! Thanks for all your tips and tricks!

I have a Sofia 2 Babylock and it feeds the material in reverse. Wanted to see if you may know what the problems, thank you for your help.

How do you do it with a BabyLock Flourish II?

I’m getting that message in the middle of a stitch out. My machine is sewing/ embroidery. Sometime I can turn off the machine, bring the design back up and then back up a color change or two.and it will work.

This worked the first time I had this trouble. I just went to use my largest frame and no matter what I tried it won’t work. If you have any other tips I would love to hear it!

I just put that design into my computer put it in my software save it as a new PES and now it works and will let me stitch it out :P Weird I know but it's worked each time for when when I had to do that on my flat beds too.

Hi I keep getting it during my sew. Like to make two designs I put one on each end of largest hoop. I think the bounce of the hoop sets off that error code. I have a babylock Ellisimo, Would same theory work as well?

The real fix is to calibrate your hoop sensor. It sometimes goes out of whack. When you calibrate it stops asking you for a larger hoop

Do you have a solution for the exact same problem on the Solaris? Took it to the shop and of course it didn’t do it there. Brought it home and sure enough it’s doing it again.

I have a babylock aventura 2 and it's telling me to choose a larger hoop....but the letters are only about an inch big....the hoop is 5 X 7 and that's way big enough....can you help with that?

Nope tried that...didnt work for me...so i turned off the machine and will try again later...

I still get the message and also wont read either a PES or a DST zip file!

I have found that i just have tighten the center screw.

I removed and put back on and still got, “change to larger hoop”. I will try again, standby!
