Josh is not only a former owner of Queen City Tuk Tours, but he has also found a calling as a breathwork practitioner and tour guide, currently residing in Colorado. He believes that breathwork exercises are essential for human development and health, and he has dedicated his life to sharing the benefits of breathwork with others. According to Josh, breathwork can help individuals release emotional blockages and trauma, reduce stress and anxiety, increase clarity and focus, and promote overall physical health and well-being.
Through his breathwork practice, Josh creates a safe and supportive space for individuals to connect with their breath and explore their inner selves. He combines various breathing techniques and meditation practices to guide participants through a transformative journey of self-discovery and healing.
