Sadat X tells a story about him and Sean in a car crossing a State or two together. The whole ride Sadat X said P! was explaining why he himself was the best rapper alive. Sadat said he had examples and everything. By the time they got where they were going, Sadat said he to agreed that Sean Price was the best rapper alive.
@@doncatalog If you put sean in a room with any rapper and just had everyone rap till they couldnt anymore id be confindent that sean would have been the last man standing. He may not be the best technically but hes got an ability that is most rare
@@jonathansoko1085 sean price is up there but black thought and k rino will give him a run for his money. can-i-bus shoulda coulda woulda but hes in a different lane
There will never be another Sean P. Period. His relentless finesse & flow is timeless. A fully aware and actualized artist whose legacy will live on in the hearts of many...always spittin hot shit & gone too soon.
"To say what Sean say would take 10 Jay Zs and 3000 Andres" in the words of DOOM, rest in peace to the good brotha Sean Price. Shin Akuma of the underground.
The arrogance yet he rarely takes himself serious. He always says shit like Brokest rapper you never knew lol. That's what makes him great. Funny as fuck too. Been my favorite with MF DOOM for a while.
Yep. An emcee's Emcee. The Pride of an Emcee-Warrior not to different from a Samurai's pride. A real emcee is supposed to *know* dat he's da iLLest and walk in that flame of manifestation. Its the divine aura of da craft. Sean wielded that divine-emcee-warrior essence with a calm, candid poise/grace seldom seen in Emcee-Ninpo.
Definitely one of the G.O.A.T. Underrated and unappreciated but one of mine and a bunch of true rap fans favorite. We miss you P,rest in power Brethren.
this is what you call a real MC!!!!!!...hands down!!!!....Dru Ha gave me the operation lockdown single in central park. he was on bike handing them out back in 96
Jealous. I hope you still have it. Back when NY hip hop was it - and Sean P and BCC were the kings of it when others were full main stream. Still on that head banger boogie too. 83 Baby.
Bluu_ Ice lol how you gonna bring up Brotha Lynch in the same sentence of Sean P? I’m from the bay too, and grew up on some lynch but they ain’t even close bruh.
Word. Sean P! changed the entire architecture of underground hiphop as we know it. His idea was like punk rock. Shorter songs, quick bursts of energy, more songs, keep it moving. He made epic 6 min long rap songs seem to be too much. And almost every independent artist in underground followed suit. He changed music as real hiphop as we know it.
R.I.P to Sean P!!!,big up and nuff Raspect to the whole duckdown and BCC. I remember when yah came to Lincolnton NC, and wild out, with the lost boy's. It was unfortunately the day biggie died! A blessing to meet the I
Exactly, Pipplestein was his OWN lifestyle. From his signature form of sarcasm, flow, look, expressions. Only a Slick Rick or Kool G Rap can ascertain such a level.
@@scienz you thought that was him in his Profile pic you bozzo. I bet your fav is 2 Pac or you go by record sales His opinion is Sean P is the best...let him have his...🤡.....Pppppppp
The Brooklyn Bully Spitter... he was nice with the words, we really lost one Bless His Soul!!! SALUTE to SEAN P for leaving us with Super Songs and freestyles. He's one of my best ever!!!!!
I remember Sean as part of Helta Skelta, but caught his solo act late and once I realized what I missed felt, I cheated myself and felt terrible that I missed this most talented and gifted MC that was a gift to hop hop Rest In Beats!!
Im a big fan from israel 🇮🇱 from 96 Remember waiting all week to watch yo' raps (the only rap show in the world ,2h once a week on wensdays at 04:00 in israel) and praying to God for some good bcc shit to come on.... But h.s therapy, was always the best ever..... Fore sure he is the one and only goat . Big Love for p's family ❤❤❤

This cat holds a beat with perfect timing, this creates a perfect harmony with the words .. combining this with the best lyrics ever ,make p the true g.o.a.t. of rap.(not only lyrically) Timing is everything in music, it's the difference between just making noise and making music.
I been tellin n***as bout dat PAUSE shit through the beat and slidin that shit only a few MC’s mastered that allusive craft that’s hard to spot. #SHIIIID
