Nice Reaction! Turkey was robbed till the 2000's. Such a shame. Also, they mostly wear Turquoise beacuse the word Turquoise is derived from the French turquois, meaning 'Turkish', because the mineral was first brought to Europe through Turkey from mines in the historical Khorasan province of Iran. So, It is like the color of Turkey.
In the past jury members were pressured not to give high rank to Turkey. Some jurors accepted that head of jury council were constantly told that it would be better not to give high points even if they liked it.

However, this situation was reversed with the participation of eastern European countries and the introduction of televote.
