I’ve always said that employees work better when there’s good management in place and I can see why your company is as successful as it is. Great video!
Good management is key to having a successful company. I can't tell you how many times I hear or see someone in a manger/owner position treating employees with the bare minimum. Thank you for watching bud!
I agree, it has blown my mind every single time I have had a manager or owner mistreat my coworkers and I. It is illogical to treat your employees horribly and expect quality and efficient work in return
I always love when millionaires share their stories and mistakes they made in the early ages. These are the types of influencers we need for the younger generation! Love this Video!
Congratulations Steve on all of your successes!! Can you elaborate more on how you obtained 7 PetsMart locations? Do you own the realestate building locations for each of those properties, etc or would you consider yourself a silent partner/owner?
@@TheHamiltonCollection it’s a great change of pace. It shows your viewers your more humble or relatable side. It’s motivating to see someone who’s built their empire from nothing and obtain the toys that we enjoy watching. Everything is obtainable through effort. You come off as a guys guy. Made a goal and went to work! It’s also fun to see you give back to folks, there is so much to learn.
Right now I'm in college & you've been inspiring me to keep pushing through these exams & finals so I can work my way up to having my own super car collection!
I appreciate you answering questions and providing value. Definitely do more of these, preferably more business oriented ones about taxes, marketing tips, etc
I just want to provide the best possible answers to any questions relating to business on here. I want to teach others how to become successful on their own and influence them to share that wealth, much like myself
This channel is a hidden gem. You guys are fun, entertaining, and you talk about all my favorite things; cars, entrepreneurship, and finance. Now I cant get enough.
After watching this video alone, I’ve fallen in love with this channel, it’s purpose, it’s team and it’s genuine and down to earth leader Steve, look forward to all the great content
Must say I massively appreciate this video. You generally don't get such genuine answers from successful and wealthy inviduals. Most people give nice fluffy answers, this felt like youre talking to a friend. People need to hear the truth.
I think it’s absolutely awesome how down time earth you are and to see what you do for your community is awesome more people in this world need to be like you .
It's so easy to be mean spirited and judgmental of a guy that has everything you want. To hear Steve's story about his humble beginnings making it to a successful entrepreneur is fantastic. Kudos to Steve for keeping a level head, treating people the way he would want to be treated, and being an all around good human being.
As a 20 year old about to try his hand starting a business (jewelry), I'm taking what you say to heart and hopefully can someday grow to a fraction of what you've built up! Keep up the great vids guys
Unlike the other RU-vidrs that have handed down wealth. This channel is very unique and the owner of these cars is very humble and inspirational for many other entrepreneurs.
You already posted this video man a while back about what you do for a living, stop being so desperate for attention you’re rich don’t need to ask for attention
Hi from Australia. I just stumbled upon your channel by accident yesterday ( I was having a bad day and had some downtime ). An awesome story you have, great advice for people who seek it. I love the cars, but my favorite part was hearing that you and your team help the cancer kids. Legendary stuff. Sick kids need our help as much as we can. They haven’t even enjoyed life yet and yet they are having a hard time. It’s great that people like you guys are helping them. Who knows, hopefully a few of the kids grow up to be successful. Thanks for the content.
I completely changed my perspective on Steve. He is an extremely well spoken guy. I loved every minute of this vid. it was immensely more interesting than seeing the cars.
you are a friggin' beast and a great role model to every young person that thinks they are going to be an influencer and have a super car collection. You have created a monster organization and now the channel is just icing on the cake. You are a hustler extraordinaire. Thanks for pulling the curtain back and showing the world what it takes to get to your level. Great lessons in there for us all. PS........what a lot of people don't realize is how hard the successful influencers, who haven't built a business like yours, work. Most of them are filming, editing and posting almost round the clock. There aren't many shortcuts to a supercar!! Keep up the good work. I just discovered the channel and I'm really enjoying it.
Awesome man right here, the answer to the last question was beyond perfect. Just a man living his dreams and wants to give back and have everyone else become successful. Great inspiration.
I'm honestly not into cars much to actually subscribe to a car channel, but after watching Steve's story on his website and how he shares these cars with people I will subscribe just to follow his journey. I've always been the type of person to want others to have/enjoy nice things too and not just me, so I admire anyone else that thinks that way too.
I come back and watch this video when I hit a road bump in life.. and man does it not make you want push through and chase the vision? You don't have to do exactly what Steve has done to be successful but you can forsure learn some key notes and piece them together. Hard work and perseverance. Never lose sight of the goal at the end. Remember the old quote, "The wolf ontop of the hill is not as hungry as the wolf climbing the hill."
I’m from Lincolnwood, my uncle Johnny lives in Saint Charles. You’re an inspiration. I am a 29yo aspiring entrepreneur and seeing your success has put a smile on my face, and fueled my fire for achievement. Thank you so much.
I am a driver for Amazon. Had prime week last week and seeing the collection outside of the garage and the rest of Iron Gate is definitely the high light of my route fr 🖤
What everyone seems to miss is that you go to college for trades aswell they call it trade school but is really a certification from college which can still take 3-5 years it’s similar to college besides you get to work and make money while your in school
just recently started watching some of your videos. Great job on all, yet this one stands out to me on the humble way you speak and watching your emotions and body language change when you talk about charity and or helping others learn ask for advice without being driven by the expectation of a profit. Not many out there like you. Delivering Authentic Value to your audience. Also good point about investing in RE to fund the fun stuff. again, Well Done! and your creative staff is amazing and funny as well.
How refreshing is this channel?? So different and unpretentious when compared to most other automotive creators. Liked, subscribed, love it. Greetings from New Zealand!
I absolutely love the channel and love how you treat your employees!! The best part is you guys are always having fun and are always staying positive so thank you for being such a great role model!!
Thank you for a great depth of what you do for living and showing us advices on business and success! Those are really really good hard to find life lessons because most people don’t tell you that and tell you different view of why they live comfortably. You showed us how realistically what worked for you.
Dude you crushed it on giving me some insight into your businesses! Truly admire people like you and the effort and hard work you’ve put in. I look to do this myself just still looking for where to start. Appreciate it brother!
Just came across your channel because I was looking for videos on different experience purchasing a Huracan Performante since I’m in the market for one. I don’t watch other people’s success story because I don’t like how they deliver their message. But there’s a sense of humility coming from you when you speak and I literally listened to every second of this video. Would 100% would love to learn from you. Thanks for this video. I needed it.
Thank you for this post. I have had some serious setbacks, financially and otherwise over the last 3 years. I'm now trying to build back, to exceed even my old high water mark. This isn't simply relegated to becoming financially successful, but also building a future in which I can do the things that bring me joy every day of my life. I want to use every second of every day to push towards the heights I'm trying to reach. Content like this inspires me, and it is truly motivating for a guy like me, starting with a few acorns, trying to grow some mighty oaks.
Never watched this video until now, I’m bouta graduate school with my finance degree, hoping to start my own business eventually. Awesome story, congrats on the success! Definitely was earned! Real estate investing is my primary goal.
I stumbled onto this channel and after seeing and listening to how you treat your employees definitely subscription worthy. You worked hard and put in the time, now you're reaping your rewards (BLESSINGS). YOU'RE A GOOD MAN and you have good people around you...
Your story is great to hear, Steve. It’s stories like yours that inspire me to build something bigger than myself and share my blessings. I’ll have my own super car/hypercar collection very soon! With love from Frisco, TX.
Fellow COD (College of DuPage) Graduate, I went to Naperville North High School & DeVry for my BS in Computer Science. I moved to south carolina as I found it more affordable to buy real estate here and grow a family one day. I wish I started sooner on a path to business & real estate but I really admire you Steve with all you have accomplished. Thanks for posting this youtube video it was inspiring!
Thank you. You had me at "My commitment to you is that I will never profit or look to make money of anybody that follows us or that's seeking advice." We appreciate that.
What an absolute legend! Truly inspiring and humble even though he is immensely successful! I can't believe how down to Earth Steve is. Thanks for sharing your story and knowledge 🙏
On the note of “ you miss every shot you don’t take” I Have a great idea for something. And can’t find it even tried too. If you’d like to hear and take advantage of it and maybe include me if not that’s cool too. But ya, there’s 1 of my shots! I’ll keep shooting for it. It’s a guaranteed money maker!
very inspirational video. we need successful people like you to share their amazing stories and mistakes they made so younger people can learn from them and not repeat them. love your videos and your insane car collection! Hope to earn my dream car one day!!
The best part you said is I can’t just hand you the keys to the kingdom especially knowing it took us yearsssss to get to where the current era is with so much tech and social plataforma to build easily. They don’t get that and come in with the idea of well this will work and don’t want to work for it or don’t feel they need to do as much work to be where we are already. Knowing that this is why we don’t hire most of these young and upcoming because they don’t also get it that things keep advancing and are sometimes stuck on the idea and probably wouldn’t want to adapt to new things. Keep doing your thing Brotha and glad to hear your story.
Props for seeing the dropshipping model before it was a thing. Obviously very saturated now. People see success but don't always understand the grind. Great vid!
Great video!!!!! You are such an inspiration to us to grow our small channel into an empire and give back the way that you do. Keep up the great work!!!!
Awesome video. Thank you for the great content! I do have to say 90% of my wealthy friends have not finished college. Due to the fact we were young entrepreneurs since 18. We are the new generation! Keep striving you guys, one lovely day at a time.
@@TheHamiltonCollection it’s so cool how you are always just like come to the crib like no other youtuber does that especially a collection like you man
There’s so much information and people willing to help, going to college for a business degree is simply foolish. I believe going for almost anything that doesn’t require a degree is a waste of time and money. Love the success story!
Great video! I just found your channel by watching the video where you rank your insane collection and my first thought was “what does this guy do?”Love that it’s selling wheels because I am running a small business doing the same as my side hustle which I hope to turn into my career. No where near there yet as my real job takes up too much time. Good to see it’s possible to get to where I want to be. Would love to hear even more about the early days and how you grew the company. Everyone always leaves out the details about early success and what that took. They just say “I started the business out of our garage” etc. there’s more to it than that though. Might seem boring but I’d love to hear that. Thanks so much for sharing!
Great video/interview. Just found your site & impressed is an understatement. For what it's worth, and you may never even see this post, when i saw the comment about pediatric cancer donations you had me hooked. I lost my daughter & one & only at age 15 to a brain tumor & have been involved with Make-A-Wish, Ronald McDonald House, & the Ride For Kids motorcycle ride(Pediatric brain tumors) ever since. As a self proclaimed car nut( Buick/Buick Grand Nationals) & amateur drag racer I'm loving everything yall are doing! Pediatric brain tumors are now the leading cause of death for children under 18 & there is no cure. It sucks!:( Thanks for what yall do. Take care, Jay Jones.
I wish I had the knowhow to be this successful in life, or even a fraction of this success. I'm 21, about to start my last semester of college going for a degree I don't like and don't particularly want to pursue a career in such industry (it's a long story). I'm living off of financial aid, a little bit of government assistance, and generosity from my mom. I hate school, I was basically forced into it by my family because if I didn't I would be "working at McDonald's the rest of my life." At least my grades are decent. I've wanted to drop out so bad but at this point I ought to finish up the degree so I at least have one. I really have no clue what I'm going to do with my life once I get out; I feel kind of lost. I envy people like you who actually know what to do with their life. I feel like it will be a miracle if I "make it" one day.
