We had such a great time at Disney! My experience is going to be different others because one, I am a quadriplegic, and two, I am 6’3. For people with different disabilities and body shapes, you may have a much different experience than me. However, we had so much fun and thought the accessibility at Disney was top notch!
Disney is so accommodating for all special needs. My granddaughter has dietary limitations due to a genetic disorder. We contacted them to figure out where we could eat during our stay and they put together a full plan for us, starting with a sit down meeting with a chef st our hotel, who coordinated special meals for her all over the parks. It made our trip so stress free!
Ok so I’m an addict in recovery (5.5 years clean!) and struggle with depression/PTSD/anxiety/a whole slew of other things...Charisma and Cole’s channel has been my one tiny little bright spot in a pretty dark period of my life ever since I discovered them on the SBSK interview. I’ve watched *almost* every single episode and just have so much love and respect for this couple. They are TRULY beautiful from the inside out & I have a deep appreciation for their ability to help keep me going...I’m able to see that there’s so much MORE to live for simply by enjoying life vicariously through these 2! I love y’all, thank you for being YOU.
Yes I’m smiling and tearing up as well because I’m so so happy for the both of you I’m so glad to see the both of you enjoying yourself I’m lost for words and the same time I am so happy for you because I’m having happy tears at the same time I just love ❤️ the both of you so much and may God keep blessing you both you are such wonderful beautiful couple.😍❤️❤️
Wow, mad respect for Disney. They really do go the extra mile with accomodating peoples various needs. Charisma is extra energetic on camera here. Can tell she's having the best time. Wish you both the best holiday. Stay safe x
Thank you for telling me about the Google voice access because I am also a quadriplegic and can't use my hands and have to use a Stylo in my mouth so this is going to help out alot
I had a severe heart attack & was in a coma. 5 days later I woke & could not use my arms & legs. It took intense therapy at the same place Cole went to Sheltering to get my mobility back. I wish I had known about voice access too. i wish you well.
More corporations need to embrace Disney’s idea for rides that are accessible. I think this is awesome and I’m so glad you guys got to enjoy the rides.
I just was googling disability access at six flags and universal the other day !!! This is wicked cool watching a quad roll around and enjoy the park, I can’t wait to visit myself as a t10 para 🥳🥳
Thanks for making this video. I’m planning on taking my daughter to Disney within the next year and I read that they are great with disabilities but this definitely gives me more reassurance. Thank you Cole & Charisma
This is awesome! I’m newly disabled and have started using a power wheelchair. We’re going to Disney at the end of the year and I’ve been so anxious and worried about navigating a theme park. This is very comforting!
I'm seeing this vid a year after the fact. I hope you had a blast! When I went MANY years back, wheelchair folks got to go in first or via secret doors. I went to the one in CA with all my siblings who came to visit us in CA to go & they got to stay with me. My next visit wasn't as good because people who simply didn't want to walk rented chairs (weird) but still a fun day.
Life is meant to be enjoyed by everyone weather you have a disability or not. Honestly I am so proud of Cole's bravery on those rides. I a not that brave. You two continue to enjoy each other's love and happiness. You two looks so happy and the wedding/honeymoon part was my favorite and got me tearing up.
I am in awe and near tears seeing how accessible they have made Disney for people who have disabilities. So wonderful to see you being able to experience everything. I went to Silver Dollar City this past week in Branson, MO. It wasn't nearly as accommodating. They had made minimal accomodations and didn't have clear signs posted for where to enter the rides.
Shed many tears of joy watching this video. You are such a loving couple that I have no doubt your love will endure no matter what life throws your way.
Thank you for sharing your amusement park experience. As a rehab professional (on sabbatical doing memory care for my mama) it’s sometimes difficult for a fully able-bodied person to convince individuals with sudden onset neurological altered ability with whom they work, that with adaptation and planning, they can enjoy many of the activities and hobbies they did before. Please continue in your shared vision to help people of all abilities understand that we are more alike than different.
I'm loving that you're getting out and both having fun together I think that people think people in wheelchairs is just limited to being at home getting out there living life is the best things ever.
Welled up with tears as Cole excitedly shared his first roller coaster ride. It's so awesome that he can participate in park activities because Disney is accessible. God Bless you two.
Thumbs up to Blake and Garrett. I'm so happy that Disney put in the effort to make the park more accessible. I love the couple photo shoot. You definitely created memories that last forever.
I want to thank the 2 of you for a great experience. I did not know Disney had so many accessible rides for wheelchairs. This will be a game changer for some of my family members. The photo shoot was amazing. I love both of your smiles and energy. I wanted to be at Disney too. God bless both of you.
Cole and Charisma I'm so happy for you to have gotten to go on a trip/vacation/honeymoon I'm glad so many things were accessible to you, I was there several years ago and it has changed alot.Im glad you had Garrett and Blake to help you with transferring.I look forward to seeing more of your trip.
This was great! I loved the Mickey Mouse bridal veil! And I loved that shot with the two of you passing each other in different directions! Really well done! I'm glad that Disney treated you like the rock stars you are. Good on them. Cole - your statement about universal design is SO TRUE! I have learned so much from your videos. And I love reading the comments - especially from people overseas. You have touched so many lives all over the world.
They made such special accommodations for me 11 years ago when I went. Back then I was undiagnosed, very weak, and basically skin and bones. I had thrown up my 3rd feeding tube they weren't gonna put another in. I had barely began using Marijuana to stop my throwing up and pain. For my 18th birthday my parents asked if there was anywhere or anything I wanted to do, anything. I jokingly said Disney and they were serious. Thats when I knew my condition was...bad. so bad my family thought that would be it I did too. We drove there, stopping at the beach which I never had seen in my life before. My parents must have called ahead of time because they pulled all the stops out for us. Characters, so many of them would come over and greet me way more than any other visit I had as a little kid. I was able to get in rides first, and the staff were super great about my throwing up. I always carried a bag just in case but always aimed for toilet or trash can anywhere not on the ground or me. They would immediately take the trash away, it was like they knew where I was at all times (probably did) And there were a time or two a wheel chair would be brought to us when I was seen to be struggling. My health is obviously better than it was, im diagnosed and have medications for it. But Disney made a scary time not so bad for me
Cole and Charisma is so Cute it don’t make no sense, their like two grown children having the time of their Life😂😂😂thanks for the little vacation 👍🏾❤️💯
You both are soo so BRAVE to challenge your abilities to learn what is possible....and it’s a good and wonderful thing that more places are wheelchair assistance...thank you for sharing this amazing vacation....congratulations on your honeymoon surprise and enjoyment. Good job Cole....that was genuinely appreciated. Charisma deserved it so heartwarming gestures and gratitude.
So happy you two are living your lives, following your dreams, enjoying yourselves & taking off the brakes! You are Bold, brave, courageous & such an adorable young couple! It’s easy to see you’re having an awesome time on your trip & the love & respect you have for one another...it brings a lot of joy & smiles on the faces of your viewers☺️ Stay safe, stay well & stay hydrated-the heat there is no joke! God Bless!
I am glad that Blake and Garrett helped you while you were there. Garrett is a sweetie for sure. I'm glad to see that Disney works to make sure everyone can enjoy the parks.

I'm so glad that you guys had such a wonderful trip! I'm a former Epcot cast member so this brought a huge smile to my face. I miss it! I can't wait for the second video!
This Brought me great joy. What a blessing to see you two enjoy Disney world. I’m thinking of going back now even though my kids are young adults. You made it seem like a place all ages can enjoy for themselves. Not just when they have small kiddos to entertain.
Amazing.. that you worry about holding up the line! Cos I actually think you are doing a fantastic thing..by actually showing people disability isnt something to be scared or wary of. wonderful people like yourselves are the ambassadors society needs. Much love to you both.. what a beautiful couple.
I can’t LOVE you all enough🥰 I have been binge watching your videos since I discovered your channel a few days ago. My eight year old granddaughter has subscribed to your channel, too after seeing me watching it. Of course I was smiling, crying with ugly face and all. I told her, “This is what unconditional love is and looks like.” You all compliment each other so well. God made you for each other♥️ Blessings from Little Rock, Arkansas!
Kudos to Disney for the accessibility all over the park. You two are such a beautiful couple, inside and outside. I wish continued blessings and success for you both .
This video was fun to watch, it was as if I was there with you, I enjoyed t. All I can say is, keep it up, it really gives me a diversion from my problems. I watch your videos and just laugh and feel good about life, I can't stop smiling at you two. Thanks again for a ray of sunshine and the positivity that you bring.
Charisma, your heart and soul is as big as the sky! What a beautiful example you are for us as wives!!! So happy you guys got to experience a fun time!
Hi Tabitha here from the Bahamas it just makes me smile when I see you not letting anything stop you from doing anything. The sky is the limit go for it Cole and charisma.
So happy y’all had a great experience, because you both deserve nothing less. Thanks for always sharing your experiences with us. Good, bad and everything in btwn, y’all are the gold standard. The relationship you both share with each other is so authentic and genuine. I have so much love and appreciation for you for sharing that with the world. 💗♥️
Disney World is an amazing magical place. I try to go as often as I can. The photo shoot was nice and so glad you got to enjoy so many rides together. Disney is full of magic. ✨✨
It was great to hear you are having good experiences at Disney. I think the feedback you're providing is a huge plus for the Disney organization as they begin to open back up and folks particularly physically challenged are visiting the park. The two of you are so adorable - ENJOY!!!!😎😎😎
While watching from Montréal Quebec Canada 🇨🇦 as you’re enjoying your beautiful Honeymoon Vacation in Disneyland, I caught myself beaming all the way until the end of your Video.....as if my heart and soul followed you through.
I’m so jealous! You’re at my favorite place in the world! I’m such a huge Disney fan. I’m glad you had so much fun. Kudos to Disney for such great accessibility. I can’t wait for more! 💜
I'm glad you had fun Cole and Charisma. Thank you for ringing awareness to disney. As well as just getting to see you too enjoying each other makes me smile.
I am a paraplegic I am a medical doctor I live in a 3 rd world country watching this makes me so happy for you the lovely couple and the accessible places that are there in your country. Big cheers!
you guys are so inspiring and i am so happy we i watch you so excited about everything ..you make me want to live every minute....please do more videos like this...!!!!
I am glad you both had a great time at Disney! My husband and I are annual pass holders to Disney and go ALL the time. We were actually at Disney's Hollywood Studios the day Cole and Charisma were there. My husband is a paraplegic so we know very well all the accessible rides and the ones in which he does not need to transfer. We also know which are the nice companion bathrooms throughout the parks! Can't wait to see the rest of the fun adventures in the next video!
I am a huge Disney fanatic. I've been collecting anything I see Mickey for 44 years. I have sooo many huge boxes full of stuff that I don't even know what I have anymore. I can't wait until I can display everything again. I want to go to Disneyland again sooo bad. Haven't been since the summer before my freshman year of High school. Being poor sucks lol. It's so great seeing that Disneyland it so inclusive n that Cole was able to enjoy everything. Y'all look like you had such a fun n amazing time. Love that you are making so many memories n having thectime of your lives together. All my love Mr. Cole n Mrs Charisma Sydnor💗💗💗
I'm amazed at how much more Disney is accessible! When I went many years back in S. Cal, it wasn't like that but I did see many secret doors & some preferential loading, they have come a long way & I offer many kudos to them for it. Long gone are the days of disAbled people being on the sidelines if they bother going at all. Your friends being there to help show they are pretty special people too. Loved the photo shoot too, these are going to be some very precious memories to share with your grand babies someday!
