There needs to be a 2200 pulse , thats the game changer thats needed. With a euro connector on it too please ,, either mig only or multi process option. And with all the profit you would make on a single phase version , you could buy Paul a microphone.
Fronius has added many video's in the past few years and it is appreciated. I do wish that there were more videos on the CMT, a basic Training with a manual machine and another explaining wave form, 2nd / 3rd level parameters ect.- to help make decisions on initial set up and weld procedures. The first video we could use as an overview with new hired welders and the more in depth video could be followed up in a short amount of time with the welder or it could help engineers set parameters for WPS. We have had our CMT over ten years and it has done some wonderful work. Thanks, Dennis
Fronius Perfect Welding You need to develop small ,light ,flexible mig torch for welding thin material.At the end of the day the hand is what makes the welding. Anyone can weld flat on the bench using both hands. Try welding with one hand for 5-6 hours a day for 15 years and you will find out why. Also TS 2200 needs 4 drive rollers.
Hello Józef Szabó, for TransSteel 2700 - 5000 you can use characteristics starting at 0,8 mm. For the MultiProcess compact TransSteel 2200 you can use characteristic starting at 0,6 mm. There are then also wear parts available. For more information, please contact us.
