Rebuilding a front end loader bucket can sometimes seem like a daunting task. However if you plan it out step by step, its actually not as difficult as it seems. Follow along as you see what I do and see how you might do something similar or even better. I hope you find something of value. Let me know what you think in the comments. Thanks or your support.

Best welding video in a long while-I grew up with a true millwright for a Father and watching your work reminds me of him-your skill shows Sir-zero wasted labor and everything you do has a well thought out purpose. Your viewers probably dont realize how hard that work is because you make it look so easy. Made me smile watching you-thank you.

I thought the same thing a few times while watching the cat 325 excavator boom repairs, and now this vid too. Just that certain understated knack that comes with long experience, it kind of shows itself in big things and small things, not in a showy way, but it does show. Thanks for sharing, made me smile as well -and probably make my dad smile too if he saw it :-)

I was fortunate to work in the world's deepest copper mine "Deep Ore" OKIEP Copper Mines at the time during 1987 as an apprentice Diesel Mechanic. We mainly did maintenance on several underground mechanical "equipment" (as we called these machines) such as the Wagner StB range scoop-trams. It was so amazing to assist and watch the welders and boilermakers fixing scoop bucket lips (V-shaped) and worn bushes and collars on swivel parts of the scoops. I remember you used an angle iron to put in place bushes for bucket pins which you tack-weld onto the angle iron. Our boilermakers used hollow pipes (about 100 inner diameter / 4") to sleeve the bushes left or right into place. After the bushes was weld nicely into place on each bush was a brass collar sleeve pressed from each side of the bush into place. (Two halves on each bush with a 1x cm distance between each collar in centre of bush making room for the grease). Best part was all these pins, bushes and brass sleeves were manufactured at surface in a massive production Machine-shop of the mine. Unfortunately the entire Copper Mine became redundant by early 2000's. Well I so enjoy watching your work and it's amazing to see the knowledge you have on the different metals you use for different applications. Keep up doing these great videos. 🇿🇦🇿🇦

I truly enjoy these videos, because they allow me to sort of be a fly on the wall. Watching tricks of the trade. My friend and her husband recently purchased buckets for their tractor and bobcat. The tractor's bucket is well used and patched, but defiantly needing repair. The bobcat's is still in good shape. I'm trying to educate myself so I can explain to them why the should hardface and how to go about repairing. These videos really do help. Hope you and your family are staying warm in this storm!

Unfreakinbelievable.. Did you see how straight his hand and arm move with the torch or plasma cutter in his hand.. I never even knew you could get a cut that clean with a torch.. Then in one vid he looks at the cut and says now it's time to grind it smoother, then he moves the camera he was looking through and says,, nahhhh, no need,, it's plenty smooth and clean.. Absolutely beautiful work.. Where are you, I need a bumper fabricated for my truck,, lol..
