Part two of a multi-part series of all the timelapse footage I took while building my nostalgia front engine dragster I call Jumping Jack Flash! My goal was simple, rebuild this dragster into a period correct looking slingshot rail. I think I nailed the "vintage look". I took almost 1000 timelapse videos over the last six months and wanted to put them together and share them in a fun way. This project started off as a vintage 70's top fuel dragster and has gone through some major changes. A lot was learned along the way, a lot was a challenge, but in the end it was worth it. Keeping focused on my goal combined with hard work really paid off! Teamwork is a must!
Drag racing this slingshot will be a blast, I am not that far off from being able to do that. Just need a few more safety items to come in and bam, will be doing burnouts and running that fine tunnel ram fed Holley equipped 409 small block Chevy through it's paces!
