I would go for a long video myself. Short videos are fine, but there may be little things which hold people back so a long detailed video might fix those things
I would love to have such an instructor: smily, friendly, relaxed, COMPETENT. And - above all - who illustrates techniques in person. You got my vote, man.
Haven't finished the video still watching it, but decided to comment. Cause this kind of video is a different approach to front lever. After watching this amazing video with the coach I'd have to say I prefer the virtual class format. Very well done, with the progressions explained in great detail by the coach. But I do not see why you could not mix it up and do both formats. In any case, your videos are all very well done, and I cannot thank you enough for all your informative content.
Dan , I have to say this tutorial is amazing. I always like to learn new things and especially from people who have been doing such as their profession. I'd love more tutorials like this, hopefully for planche and flag, that would be amazing. Thank you for this video, keep it up bro.
물론 일장일단이 있겠지만 긴 게 더 낫습니다! 길다고 해도 지금처럼 10-20분 내외면 별로 부담되지 않는다고 생각합니다. 설령 더 길어진다고 해도 영상을 보면서 운동을 배우는 사람 입장에선 그리 긴 시간은 아니라고 생각합니다. 짧게 포인트만 짚어주고 넘어가는 것보다 이렇게 강좌 형식으로 나오는 비디오가 훨씬 기억에 잘 남고 실제로도 잘 써먹을 수 있는 것 같습니다.
