A straightforward job.. if everything is fine. It turned out that my case is more complicated, i made a short test drive after fitting the new coupler, and it shook like crazy. I looked at it again, and the transmission side flange and the driveshaft flange were out of alignement, and they were at an angle. That is not good as this coupler is flexible, but it has its limits, and this is way past that. Its most likely the engine and/or the transmission mounts, what i will look into later on, its the most likely case, they let the end of the gearbox out of alignment, just a little bit, but enough to hurt the coupler.
So in turn i loosened the middle driveshaft bearing, so it could move freely and releave all the tension from the coupler, lifted the rear axle too so i could spin it by hand (and look at it how freely and easily it can turn), and once i found the sweet spot for everything to line up i fixed the center bearing to its new place, and everything is fine again. It doesnt shake now, and its just like it should be 🍻
