If you watch this from Mitch' stream you get the POV of the Joker, this one feels like Batman's, it's just amazing how different the two feel while the instance is the same - so many good players in their own ways!
Where classic came back in 2019 there was a time in my life where i played 1 year only wow classic warrior. I had no idea about wow and had never played it. I had some money to afford living 1 year without working so i played classic every day for like 8-10 hours. That was one of my best time in my life. Now i got a good job and a gf to care about but i really miss playing classic like a degen.
I could not imagine investing the time for a one life character only to die in bwl. Fair play to these guys, I dread to think of the naxx deaths to come
Truth is, this is actually no fun at all, its pure pressure. Hence why so many players of the "HC ELITE" guild (from the addon) never logged on again after their wipe at 4 horseman, even tho they could have ressed cause they got scammed. They were just happy it was over.
I would love for the end boss of each of these raids to drop a res token. The drama on which player would get it would be great. It could have a 48 hour timer before it expired.
Or have some crazy OP boss in the world where you need like 100 guys + to kill it and tht drops a Rez token. End boss from these raids would be to easy haha

They probably don’t have enough cloaks yet. Can only get 1-4 scales off her and they’ll need 40 cloaks. Ony resets every 5 days, and they’d need to do Onyxia 10 times with two raid groups of 20 for 40 cloaks if 4 scales drop each time. That’d take at least 25 days to work all that out. Since they’re not only hardcore, but also hardcore, they’ll do whatever content they can during the week to gear up
you can also do split runs of ony , with worldbuffs and consumes she's easy to down 20 man in prebis gear , so that's even more scales, and it should allow ppl to get t2 helms/ ony weapons even faster @@ParsleyTheDruid
Its Classic with world buffs. The mechanics are either completly basic and boring or random and dangerous. Usually its a mix of both. Besides the Permadeath thingy lingering, its easy as shit compared to Retail. The Raid difficulty really picked up with Ulduar and had its first Peak with Cataclysm Heroic. I mean, dont get me wrong, this shit was hard in 2005/2006, but now its really not that big of a deal. Since Cataclysm and the major reworks, tanking requires way more active mitigation by pressing your shorter tanking CDs, like Shield Block etc, while back in the days, if you had enough Defensive stats and HP, the only thing you had to do was taunting and using Shield Wall.
@@Thatdudewiththedogs I would argue the Skull Rock cave, Defias Pillagers, and Stitches had pretty frequent occurences in youtube clips on unofficial hardcore. I am pretty sure they were specifically chosen for the hardcore server. Nek'Rosh i dont know, maybe a reference to all the people who did not survive the wetlands run.
@Thatdudewiththedogs it's not them hitting hard. It's their kill count/hardcore infamy. Voidwalker minions in skull rock kill a LOT of players. Defias pillagers kill a LOT of players. If you have been playing hardcore for awhile you know.
Interesting. Wind force is usually solid. I’ve been really disappointed with the holy paladins lack of BoPs in hardcore on threat pulls snd specifically this guild of all.
It's hardcore. Tanks need to hold threat above ALL else. There's already been at least one threat death because a warrior (Jokerd) was more geared than the tank: He had OBE off Rag and was in ZG & did all the right things during a boss fight, but still ripped threat and died.
They already did remove them in original SoM. People don't play Classic to replicate the mechanical insanity found in later versions of the game. That's not seen as fun to classic players; there's other aspects that are more important and enjoyable; far better gearing & rewards mechanisms, an actual world presence, etc. On the other hand, hardcore is very difficult because vanilla was made to be a very deadly game. To play through all the raid content with minimal deaths is quite a task to undertake.

You're a good raid leader but bro you don't understand what CLEAR means. you are not CLEAR until its 8/8. I swear I left this game and all the rejects took over and don't understand anything these days.
