Froppy is one of the characters that had gone through the most changes in My Hero Ultra Rumble. From being one of the strongest characters to getting nerfed and falling off severely in pick rate she’s been through a lot. The current Froppy is definitely in a spot where I feel she’s top tier with her good mobility, solid damage, and ease of use. Lemme know how you feel about froppy and enjoy the matches.
