I have the folded space insert for main Gloomhaven. Wear is not a problem at all. They are very sturdy. Assembly took about an hour. My biggest gripe is that the way everything is organized makes me think the people who designed it never actually played the game. In order for everything to fit you need to combine tiles of different types (such as obstacles with doors, traps with chests, etc). This means it still takes time to find all the pieces you need for a particular scenario. Second, there is no adjustability. As you unlock items, your active pile becomes larger until at some point it no longer fits. We had to make our own divider within a divider to separate active and locked items, events, etc. Third, there are no storage boxes for individual players to hand out. This made the BT solution way more convenient. Quality 9/10. Layout 3/10. Hopefully collaboration directly with Cephalofair will address that.

asked for refund...the offers are ridiculous. I generally like folded space...but 80 dollars if ridiculous. I will get the broken token insert myself or a comparable one......If there is one more "change for the better" i Probably cancel my complete pledge of frosthaven. All my positive energy sapped away last months with all the updates.
I have the Folded Space for Gloomhaven. Needs a bit of glueing but so far it's been pretty good. Has been holding well and very organized. Not sure how to compare it to the broken token though. I didn't get the frosthaven organizer. I might just use plano organizers this time.
I opted for the refund of the organizer cost. While I don't think that the options they were able to secure are bad overall (the price difference is a concern), they just don't seem to be offering me the features I require. I originally got the Broken Token (for Gloomhaven) and the e-Raptor (for Jaws of the Lion) inserts, and while they are also good inserts, the deciding factor for me was for the storage of sleeved cards that neither of these do well. In the end I decided to go with the Go7Gaming storage solution for both Gloomhaven and Jaws of the Lion as they have individual character boxes (one for each character class) that have plenty of space for sleeved cards. I am guessing that Go7Gaming will come out with a storage solution for Frosthaven as well, so I will wait and purchase that when it is available (my refund will go towards that, which may be a little pricier than the Broken Token insert was going to be). As for the map tiles, I opted for an expanding file (accordion) binder from Walmart that cost me about $6 (for 15 sleeves) to $10 (26 sleeves), the former of which is plenty for the 16 tiles from Gloomhaven and the latter should be plenty for the 30 or so tiles that will come with Frosthaven. Overall, I may be a little disappointed by the solutions they chose, neither of which suit my personal needs for an insert (and which the Broken Token version likely wasn't going to meet either), it is nice to hear that they found a solution and are providing options for those of us who did purchase the insert option. It may not have been what I was hoping for, but at least they kept us informed on the situation and given us a chance to decide what we wish to do. It may not be what I wanted to hear, but it was what I needed to hear.
I got the folded space insert for jotl. It doesn’t degrade over time. When I get an insert, I am only preoccupied by setup time on tidying up the play area. There are some questionable design options with folded space but it’s definitely better than the base game and worth what you pay for. Definitely not the same quality as broken token though and the 80$ doesn’t make sens to me if they leave it like they had it for jotl. Quality 8/10. Usabilty 5/10. Esthetics 3/10.
I have the Folder Space organizer for Jaws of the Lion and fine it to be very useful. I may get their one for Frosthaven but I will see what else is out there. I
Folded Space inserts, bought from them directly, also take between 3 week and 2 months to get Stateside. Not a complaint, just wondering how they will do the shipping.
I think it'd be ridiculous to put a ton of effort aesthetically into foam inserts. But then again, I also think its ridiculous that anyone would pay even close to what either solution is asking for (regardless of materials, quality, ease of use, etc). Surely there will be multiple BGG users who come up with their own equally great solutions that I can copy for a fraction of the price.
Will be cancelling... Disappointed. Will be buying Go 7 Gaming when available. Once u play with a kit that has a great holder for every class there is no substitute.
If I buy inserts for games I use on regular basis (GH, soon FH, Kemet, TI 4, LotR, JiME), this will be some EUR 500 :D :D I better buy some more board games for this money.
