this video is such chaos and i love it.. josh introducing everyone, kristen's sheet music, groff dancing and using his waterbottle as a microphone in his own world, and idina's "thank you?" at "you all look a little bit older", but mostly kristen's sheet music just flying about in her arms
i feel so supid not realising who Johnathon was! and I LOVE HIM as Kristoff maybe i just forgot he was in Hamilton lol(thanks Josh for reminding me) and Josh gad is awesome as well
almost everything is pitch corrected to some degree ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-05hTQC1CZko.html watch this guy, he explains how media uses pitch correcting it's pretty cool
@@sfranc01 not really, and her performances both in live situations and in recordings are pretty plain, no emotion, no vibratos, just a very standard thin female voice. You can listen a ton of covers of the songs with much more feeling and personality than hers.
As a kid I had no idea who any of the frozen actor's were. Years later, now a theater nerd, I now realize that there is no way frozen could have flipped with such amazing voices
FINALLY THE FUL VERSION!!! I didn't even expect to see the full version, just wanted to see them singing together even for a shorten one (after having seen the video clip many times). What a great surprise!! They are the best casts.
@Bella: I'm really just glad that I got to see it/hear it, by whatever means. I don't have Instagram. So to whoever it was that cadged this post off Instagram, thank you. ^____^ Many times. ^____^
This video was really a lot of what made my December and Christmas good that year. ^__^ Of course, Descendants helped too, but not as much as this. ^___^
I love the strong intense feeling of hope in this. They didn't know then that it would be just what we would need to get through the dark years to come. What you can find at the bottom of Pandora's box, if you remember to dig deep down and look for it. Hope. ❤💙💜💖💗💘❤💙💜
The “you all look a little bit older” I love that, cause it feels like Olaf’s talking to us breaking the fourth wall like “it’s been six years guyssss Hiiiiii” 🥺🥺
I know. They're so happy. I want to be there too but at the same time it's like I *am* there too. ^__^ Somebody asked them in an interview one time what was it like being back together and they said "We never really left". They spent years working on both movies but it was play as well as work. They never really left because almost as soon as they were done with the first one they were right back in working on the second one. Good for them. And they kept all the same actors too. Doubly good for them. Bonus points for having such a good sense of connection together that they all actually WANT to work/play together as often as they can. 😃😊🙂😀
This is the beginning. When they are all excited and they haven’t repeated it many times. It seems natural and they are getting to know the lyrics and playing around.
@@Tarcotti exactly. The beginning practices where there is no pressure, and they are just getting to know the lyrics and music. I just commented that before reading your comment
@@elise8291 thank you so much. I find that so cool I love Disney and Hamilton and I was so happy when I found out that Jonathan Groff was the voice of Kristoff (I don't know how to write it) and again thank you
What always gets me is that last note Jonathan does. When I heard it the first time in the movie, I just melted because of how sweet it sounded. You feel the love Kristoff has for Anna.
It's also the first opportunity for the entirety of the principal cast to sing in a single song. In Frozen: Frozen Heart (Ice miner chorus) Do You Want To Build A Snowman (Anna, solo) For The First Time In Forever (Anna, Elsa 1 verse) Love is an Open Door (Anna, Hans) Let It Go (Elsa, solo) Reindeers Are Better Than People (Kristoff, "Sven") In Summer (Olaf, solo) For The First Time In Forever Reprise (Anna, Elsa counterpoint) Fixer Upper (Troll Chorus) In none of these did more than two principal cast members get to sing, and Kristoff and Olaf only got their respective solo numbers (With Kristoff's very parred down) In this one, all four got almost equal representation
[ANNA] Yes, the wind blows a little bit colder And we're all getting older And the clouds are moving on with every autumn breeze Peter Pumpkin just became fertilizer [OLAF] And my leaf’s a little sadder and wiser [ANNA] That's why I rely on certain certainties Yes, some things never change Like the feel of your hand in mine Some things stay the same [ANNA & OLAF] Like how we get along just fine [ANNA] Like an old stone wall that'll never fall Some things are always true Some things never change Like how I’m holding on tight to you [KRISTOFF] The leaves are already falling Sven, it feels like the future is calling (as Sven) Are you telling me tonight you're gonna get down on one knee? (as himself) Yeah, but I'm really bad at planning these things out Like candlelight and pulling of rings out (as Sven) Maybe you should leave all the romantic stuff to me (as himself) Yeah, some things never change Like the love that I feel for her Some things stay the same Like how reindeers are easier But if I commit and I go for it I'll know what to say and do Right? (as Sven) Some things never change (as himself) Sven, the pressure is all on you [ELSA] The winds are restless Could that be why I'm hearing this call? Is something coming? I'm not sure I want things to change at all These days are precious Can't let them slip away I can't freeze this moment But I can still go out and seize this day [CHOIR] Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah The wind blows a little bit colder [OLAF] And you all look a little bit older [ANNA] It’s time to count our blessings [ANNA & KRISTOFF] Beneath an autumn sky [CHOIR] We’ll always live in the kingdom of plenty That stands for the good of the many [ELSA] And I promise you the flag of Arendelle will always fly [ANNA] Our flag will always fly [CHOIR] Our flag will always fly (Our flag will always fly) [ALL] Some things never change Turn around and the time has flown Some things stay the same Though the future remains unknown May our good luck last May our past be past Time's moving fast, it’s true Some things never change [ANNA] And I'm holding on tight to you [ELSA] Holding on tight to you [OLAF] Holding on tight to you [KRISTOFF] Holding on tight to you [ANNA] I'm holding on tight to you
They're really good. It's funny how you see the people doing the songs or voices sometimes and they look nothing like how you would have pictured them.
This is still one of the songs/videos that cheer me up the most. ^____^ I just really love to see them play together. ❤💙💜 Josh Gad: "Such as?" ^___^ Kristen Bell has such a look of real joy with the "ah ah ah ah ah ah" part. ^___^ These truly are some of the things that never change. ^____^ This song and especially this video became my "signature song for the end of the year" in 2019. Soon after that, the whole world 🌎 saw everything change. And yet, some things never change. Especially this song. "Turn around and the time has flown" is still just as true now as it was then. May our past be past. This song turned out to be absolutely and enchantingly perfect for so many things that changed, and the few that didn't, over the last few years. Some. Things. Never. Change. Love forever and ever to the cast, and characters, of the Frozen movies. ❤💙💜
Some of what I love most about the Frozen franchise. Getting to know the *actors* almost as well as the characters. I might only know them from their work, but it *feels* like I know them. Love to all of them. I do so love to see them having fun together. May our good luck last. May our past be past. Hear, hear. ^_____^
The performers' names: Anna: Kristen Bell (Kristen Ann Bell) Elsa: Idina Menzel (Idina Kim Mentzel) Olaf: Josh Gad (Joshua Ilan Gad) Kristoff: Johnny Groff (Jonathan Drew Groff) ❤
