just saw another food hack that suggested using some unsweetened gelatin in your fruit puree (need to melt it first in some water first)) -- keeps the Popsicle from melting so fast. combining the 2 - the fruit pop and the gelatin would be great for the under 6 set.)

Yum. I would even slice a fresh banana or two and add it to the strawberries before blending.

Absolutely delicious recipe. ❤❤ I made them with strawberries and cranberry juice. Absolutely delicious. My strawberries were too tart so I added 2 extra tablespoons of sugar. And my strawberries had that freezer taste, I don’t know how to explain it, but the frozen strawberries had been in the freezer for almost a year so they had that freezer taste. 😅😅 So I cooked this whole mixture for 3-4 minutes and then froze it. Despite all these fails from my end these popsicles are absolutely ridiculously delicious. ❤❤ Can’t wait to make them with mangoes.

Just made them yesterday from first strawberries and second oranges, and they are yummy. Will be making them again over the summer with different fruits. Thanks for the video!

i have a idea of a recipe get a cup fill 10% of the cup with juice and you neeed to freeze 10 times use 10 different blended fruits and add a popicle stick or cut a plastic fork top. what you think?

Hi Stephanie! A food safety question: you always hear that it's not safe to refreeze thawed food - why would thawing the strawberries and mixing them with the sugar syrup make them safe for refreezing?
