Ok guys i found a bypass method while doing his tutorial.... And i unlocked the phone..... I'm super happy it took the 18 hours to unlock but i had to do a work around to enable Google play services

If google services not enabled, go to settings>apps>all apps> click on 3 points on top right of the screen then “restore all apps”

This works all the way to until I enable Google play services and get back to the setup offline page after I got don't copy the next page it goes to says that it couldn't connect to the internet
