Yes, you really should use dual rates and expo. It can make your plane fly exceptionally well, and be custom tailored to your flying style. But, what settings should you use? Note: Please do not setup multiple mixers for ailerons. You only need one mixer, just change the settings as you go through the process. Find your rates first, then find your expo.
