Ingredients for 18cm (7") cake
300 g sour cream
A pinch of salt
150 g sugar
60 g butter
460 g flour ( you might need 50gr more)
3/4 teaspoon of soda
Jelly:
300 g berries
50 g sugar
5 g gelatin + 40 g COLD water
Cream:
300 g sour cream (very cold)
1 lemon for the zest (half of it for juice)
250gr of condensed milk
300 g whipping cream
