@@vrushin87700 thats true, but the victims should come together and file the PIL, but they wont cause these are upper or upper middle class people and they usually avoid the hassle, they dont find it worth. And since this is mahindra, judiciary will feel a pressure too.

What do you think about his off late trend of gifting cars to people who achieved success like winning athletes etc? I feel its is a cheap gimmick by him i.e it is more of a sales and advertisement of his brand on the back of the hardwork of successful people than a form of encouragement. If he is really appreciative of athletes and others, he could have gifted it in silence. If he really wants to encourage sports, he can open sports training centres at grass root level. But, instead, he is piggybacking his marketing on the back of others ! I find it disgusting. People should understand that a car he giftts is a teeny tiny fraction of his company's expenses but in return by making this a news, he is gaining a lot in marketing !I Instead of showcasing on twitter, he should be focusing on improving the Mahindra service centres. There are loads of complaints on the service centres. He should be providing justice to the customer of club Mahindra and close this scamming business wing.
