I am a young advocate aged 42 ... joined llb after 35 years of age when faced few issues of my house, land etc. I thought there is serious need to defend ourself and other defenseless people in this greedy world... When I see a fresh graduate fighting a divorce case where client is telling her story to this newbie(in life) I laugh at the situation... I believe family cases should be taken up by mature advocates personally and they should not just handover completely to juniors who dont even know what relationship of marriage actually means. But we can't stop others from what they do. Appreciate Krishnaraj ji for encouraging people to fight with a proper strategy. When you face an issue, you have to start thinking like a lawyer who is going to present your case before judge and so have to keep collecting all possible evidences.

For that matter, counselling between older married couples cannot be done by people who are much younger and inexperienced with the depth of a relationship. It takes a decade or two to develop the necessary insights, which are essential for being a genuine problem solver!

Absolutely right, majority of people chicken out due to bootlicking mentality or fear, most may never accept the fact and blame it on unnecessary things like the company is big, can't waste time , small amounts,etc. Builders know it. The core of the issue is people are not taught to fight for the things they need, rather they are taught to take short cuts to a "perceived" easy life(govt. Jobs,move abroad ,etc). People just think the worst would happen giving confidence to builders. Builder's can smell chicken type people and often prey on them, a tiger type person woild get a better deal at the builders office where as a chicken would get the worst deal, seen it happen countless timea.. Every sector has crooks when one man stands , others follow 100% , but here the group mentality and manipulation makes chickens out of fine mens.
Our judiciary system, administrative services, and law enforcement forces are just so much "Diifficult" to say the least, that the common man rather prefers to either avoid adverse situations, ignore grievances, or sometimes take the law in their own hands and serve their own type of justice...

Dear Sirs Please note during our last stay at Kensville from 13th July, 2024 to 15th July 2024 we have to pass through following difficulties, Rooms are not up to date maintained though we pay heavy ASF. Why we face this after paying this much ? 1. In room no. S2 sofa was spoiled by urine patches by the guest who stayed prior to us. So much bad smell prevailed while sitting on the same during entire stay. Our extended family gathering purpose by sitting in large room was not served. So uncomfortable. Housekeeping team could not do anything other than spraying room freshener. Then also immediately bad smell prevailed 2. In other rooms 204 also colour patches are on Bath room side wall. We do not felt freshness in room 3. Wall papers in S2 is also pulled out. 4. No plates & other crockery were kept in Room S2 & S1. Hollywood night food was also very poor taste Paneer Subji, Over sugary desserts. Next day it was proper taste. Service was good in Restaurant. We did not like your practice of asking to book food packages as soon we arrive at reception after long travel and do head sucking negotiations. Please give breathing time to members. Please Don’t force members to book meal packages prior to check in. food taste is not proper our money wasted Rs. 32000 + 5. Please re-credit all nights under voucher no. 7958422 & whatever you can do above it. Please arrange to up keep up the resort properly. Why we face this after paying this much ASF & membership fees ? 6. Only one female staff was available in SVAASTHA SPA and our group of ladies guests (My wife, brother’s wife, cousin’s wife) did not get any appointment for SPA treatment during our both night stays (Not even for single person). In beginning SPA Manager discussed everything & as soon as we informed him about our CLUB M select membership and asked for eligible discount he informed discount but then immediately refused to give us any appointment for SPA treatment though we followed up a lot. What is the point in having Club M select membership then ? why members treated like this ? Fed up of sending complains 7. In past your company has assured us by e-mail that we will not face any inconvenience then also this things keep repeating. 8. Simple apology from your end is not acceptable Regret

For them every 1cr they spend in the wedding they aim to earn 10cr later from the advertising and good-will they get among the elites. Politicians and businessmen are doing it since ages, sadly our people are unable to realise it, they know it very well that some people locally would hate it, but the rewards they get are better.
