someone said her fingers are missing then it's very suspicious if they are. she probably scratched his arms and face and he was worried his dna would be under her finger beds so took took her fingers with him. the killer would have scratches on him or her.
that doesn't make any sense....how can it NOT be suspicious?, how do you die naturally and bury yourself in a back yard? The only thing I can think of is the person that owns the property is rich and is being protected, perhaps they are connected with people inside the government.
the fact that her family reported her missing right away and it took authorities weeks to publicly state that she was missing is troublesome enough. Its a whole new level when you look at the lack of effort the police did to canvas the area as soon as she was reported missing so that it was fresh in public mind and people would be more willing to speak of seeing her or anything odd between the last place she was seen and where she was found. To many cases relating to mmiwg2s are treated this way. To many time authorities after the fact report in manner to allude the disappearance or death is the victim's fault or somehow excusable to deflect away from their own officers failing to do their job properly. I mean look at the baby that died because the mother called the police concern for well being of her child..they arrested the mom under unfounded suspicion of intoxication and next morning said oh yeah your baby was killed last night. No apologies just deflection of failure from their own officers actions to protect that baby. Now the police want to do inquiry into their failure while a family mourns the loss of their much loved baby.
This is terrible. Certainly indigenous & black women land at the bottom of the priority list over & over again, but there's no promise that a white woman would get a fair investigation. Especially if she's disabled, has a history of drug use or is low income. I think in some cases, economic status has an even bigger impact that ethnicity but the Canadian government has a horrific history regarding first nations peoples & women in particular. Too often cops seemingly make a snap judgment & don't want to admit to being wrong, or a moral judgment & think they get to pick and choose who gets justice. It's sickening. This needs to stop. Women are not disposable. All cases should be tackled as if it were your own daughter or sister. If that were the standard, we wouldn't have this epidemic of mmiw. Chelsea was beautiful and valuable and loved. Justice should be the priority for law enforcement. Other than flat out racism, I guess it could be laziness or incompetence. Or, a cover up. There's no reasonable way to say this wasn't suspicious.
