Oh yes sweet we really clean our ingredients so well before cooking, I can see how clean the fish is. Hmm the marinade is well coated on the fish. Hmm completion looks super crunchy on the outside and moist in the inside. Our shito is in trouble with this fish.

Love how sharp your scissors for cleaning your fish. I've seen them in the stores but never know what they were for. By the way you used them for cutting off the fins and removing the gills and innards of the fish, it's even better than using a knife. Mind sharing where you bought them because I can't remember where I saw them long ago.
