Very late upload here, but I figured I had to upload this now, as I have since gotten a new camera. My tripod used here broke back at the following siren test in Milwaukee County (it was a very flimsy tripod anyways), and I thought it was time for a new camera that had better optical zoom.
Weekly test of the Waukesha County tornado siren system. I met up with Mitchell (montecat33) and Chris (SirenDude1003) about 3 weeks ago at this 2001-130 on the southwest side of Sussex on the east side of the industrial park. It only did 45 seconds of alert, which is shorter than normal, but it was the 4th of July when this was taken. I thought about going to Jefferson & Dane counties, but I was skeptical on whether or not there would be a test due to the Holiday, and there was no to limited bus service that day. As I found out, both counties did test. Oh well at least I saw something on the 4th, since my father had to come up here anyhow. I'll have to say that I much prefer 508's over a 130. Definitely not a fan of these. Anyhow Waukesha County tests the sirens they own every Wednesday @ 2:00 PM. By the way DAT NOIE SHOT THO!
