At 11:54:45 the City of Nichols Hills conducted a weekly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens, the test consisted of a 3 minute Alert. Then, at 11:56:35 the City of Nichols Hills re-conducted the test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens on Saturday, March 30th, 2024, the test consisted of a 3 minute Alert.
After hearing about the 4016s here being set back to standard dual I decided I’d go there. I’m not 100% sure why they went off nearly 2 minutes apart, but I’m thinking this one failed the first activation so they sent tones out again to try and get it to sound, which worked. You can hear a ton of Whelens in OKC and some 2001s in The Village since Nichols Hills tested early. I noticed I didn’t hear the last remaining 2T22 from The Village so I went there and saw they replaced it with a 2001-130, which disappointed me a bit. Overall this was interesting, I’m not sure if I’ll ever return here though
