Eventually, Wendi will get her comeuppance. It is Jan. 2024, Four down, two to go. I don’t think Harvey will last long with Donna on her way to prison. But, they may very well indict him, to make a statement against the Adelson family.
They killed a man and this guy couldn't even remember his name. Its mindless. I feel for Dan's family and children. I hope the Adelson family are brought to justice too. They should all be held responsible for this. No way these three just randomly did this without the family getting involved

I’ve read a lot of these comments and I agree that it’s fortunate this guy is telling the truth, but it is chilling to listen to and to watch. I don’t see or hear any remorse from him. I feel like he would do it again tomorrow if he was out and someone paid him. He is cold and blank. He drew a line at killing him in front of his kids but had zero problem killing him at all, taking him away from those kids forever. All for money. It’s all so senseless and tragic.

I sat on a Jury like this, a woman too afraid to testify because the defendant put hits out on her, her Mother and her children ages 3, 11, and 16. She went to jail rather than testify. After 3 months she gave in and testified as did her 16 year old som. Thank God she and her children were relocated.

To answer the most common question and injustice; the reason why evil narcissistic Wendi and her evil brother and mother weren't charged was because the only direct links to them--Katie--denies the Adelson's hired her for the murder. Garcia wants to protect his baby mamma, and Katie thinks she has a shot at another mistrial or acquittal since she has good paid for lawyers. The police wanted to arrest the Adelson's but the State Attorney didn't believe they had probable cause without enough evidence of Katie being hired by the Adelson's--Katie denies being hired and the Adelson's would deny hiring Katie. Other's believe there is enough circumstantial evidence. However, independent probable cause showing the Adelson's contracted Katie for murder is apparently absent. The reason Katie was arrested and charged was because Rivera flipped on Katie and told of him hearing her voice on the phone about the murder and was directly paid by Katie for the murder. The big question is why Katie won't flip when she was offered immunity. Crazy she would sit it jail away from her kids for the last few years to protect those lowlife Adelson's. It's obvious Charlie, Wendi, and Adelson old hag got Katie to have her baby daddy do the killing. Katie is the only one with the connection to both the Adelsons and the murderer.

The second time, they completed the hit, (successfully killed him) and that’s when they saw the lady (which was Wendi.)

I don't get while people are so DESPERATE to OWN the kids in the beginning of the divorce. People just let some time go by. Kids grow up and see how the other parent really is. You wait until they are teenagers and THEY choose who they want to live with. Also people move on-most guys get another woman and have new kids. Then they abandon interest in the first kids. Wendi would have had the opportunity to move just had to wait a bit when her ex moved on. Impatience is what got that poor man killed.
Yes, so many families ruined just because Wendi Adelson (a lawyer, no less) couldn't figure out family law; once you separate from your spouse, you're planted in that area if you have kids. Can't just get up and move. Wendi is book smart, not people smart; Dan was willing to move to S. Florida and reconcile with Wendi when they first separated, she should've taken him up on the offer, relocated to S. Florida, then filed after 6 months. Book smart, but no common sense.Once you file for separation with kids, you are stuck in that area. She 100% should've known that as an attorney.
