I edited this down A LOT, the length will make sense given the subject matter! I also meant to insert something around minute 12:00 clarifying that I'm referring to a pituitary tumor the whole time I'm talking about my head and vision etc!!

I wish you all the best on your journey, and know that each day you are becoming more and more yourself, and growing, and loving, and making the world better by sharing your story. There will never be any shame in this. I hope your health improves and that your eyesight has returned to normal. Hopefully you will update us soon. In the meantime, take care my brother.

thanks so much for the kind and supportive comment. "there will never be any shame in this" - that's a daily mantra i need to adopt as i proceed on this journey. i've been kind of stuck since i posted this, not entirely, but definitely stuck. shoulder surgery is august 12. it's gonna be hard to write much with my arm in a sling for 4-6 weeks but one of my primary goals right now is to start a blog, finally, and keep sharing my story. there's so much more i couldn't say yet but feel ready to speak now. i'm just infinitely better in writing than in video. i will update soon and will definitely let folks know my blog once it's up and going. take care and be well.

You amazing amazing man ! I'm speechless and for me to be speechless takes something mindblowing . You are one hell of a guy and keep looking forward ! Keep looking for that light at the end of the tunnel I can't wait for you to see the sparkle and for it to get brighter and brighter eventually enveloping you . I need to get to the USA and just give you a hug . Xx

Man... I really can't believe all that shit happened to just one person, let alone someone like you. I'm in awe about how you deal with it. Many people would just have given up ages ago, but you keep on going. I really hope the seven (preferable more) rich years are coming for you now. Also I notice you sound different. More determined, more sure of yourself, more "fuck it, I'm gonna do this". I'm glad you got at least that. Take care, man, I wish you all the best

thanks so much for your comment. it's still hard to believe it all happened to me, too, good thing there's trauma therapy where I can begin to process it all. let's say 7 years squared, that gets me to 86 ;) and it's good to hear I sound different, because I am different.

I was away from RU-vid for such a long time, I missed the last 3 or 4 years of your transition / your life.. and then when I logged back in and starting checking out my subscriptions, I didn't even recognize you at first - you look like a completely different person! - but I scrolled down to the beginning of your videos and immediately recognized you. You have really come a long way. I am super proud of you, and really glad that everything seems to really be starting to come together for you. Thank you for making this video. I've been through a lot of crap too, lots of things have changed for me since I began my transition also, and I've been starting to be open about these things. I feel better when I share it rather than just keep it all to myself. Eventually I'll be making videos again and opening up about stuff on there. I'm glad you still put yourself out there. I hope you continue to do so. It was nice to see how you've been doing. You look awesome.

Hey there Dominic, so good to see/hear from you! And thanks so much for the kind words, I really appreciate it. Yeah I'm aware you have a complicated history, not sure how I know, I guess from following you on and off over the years. I've been off RU-vid for several years now for the most part, I occasionally watch videos but my health situation is keeping me very busy. I've been wanting to put up an update video but the editing is too much work right now, I recorded it a few weeks ago by now. So much has changed and is going on. Geez I was holding so much back in this video alone, I was too embarrassed about my story still to be very open and honest. Now it's my purpose to be vulnerable and out there. You should check out my blog when you have a chance for some back story, crossroadcrash.wordpress.com/, if I weren't always stuck in total survival mode I would have written 20395462 entries by now ;) Hopefully you'll see a video from me very soon. Sorry that you are having to go through all that you are going through. But I am happy for you that you are able to finally be you and live by your standards and not by others. Hope 2014 turns out to be a fantastic year for you.
