With the other types of T you can do them yourself if your confident enough and also theres the gel/cream which is also done at home I think it's just nebido that has to be done by your clinic
hi m8t with nebido its the nurse but you have the first shot then six weeks later have the secon and then they are every three months im think the nurse has to do it because of the amount that is injected and its done over four minuets it didnt hurt it just felt a little strange hope this helps :)
