Please help me. I removed carb and installed new like in video. When I turn in fuel it still poors out the bottom. I plug the bottom and it poors out the two vents. I thought carb was bad cause it was cheap. I rebuilt old carb and put it on ..SAME THING...fuel pooring out. What am I doing wrong?????!!!!!!!!

I would have cleaned the environment /even the airbox ,before I started the work. Clearer video, and no chance of junk contaminating the engine. I have a mechanic that leaves my Honda dirty when I get it back and it drives me crazy. It takes only a minute and alittle air compression to blow the junk clean. Charge alittle more but it comes home clean (engine).

Where does that excess fuel hose go to? I'm having the same issue with same type of four wheeler.

I had two of those 350's, one was a 2000 and the other a 2004. They sure were good bikes, but then again they are Honda's. I am a hunter and I have a five and half mile ride back in the bush that consists of beaver ponds, hills, and mud. I have had my atv trailer full of stuff (500-700lbs), myself and a passenger (450lbs) and those bikes did the job without any effort what so ever. I also pulled a 900lb bull moose out of the bush in the trailer too. They are tanks when it comes to work. I am not afraid to work my atv's but I am very particular and fussy on how my bikes are treated. Some laugh cuz I am known for how well I keep my equipment. I had a guy wanna know when I traded my 04 in so he could go to the dealer at the same time and buy the bike (it was better for me price wise to trade it in on new bike rather then what I could've got selling it private. I saved a load of money on taxes that way) and the guy that bought it had it four months and his shed burnt down with the bike in it. He was VERY UPSET about that cuz the bike was still in mint shape at seven years old.

That "electronic fuel cut off" is actually a carb heater, and if you're going to just rebuild your carb and not replace it with a new carb that comes with the heater, the two wires that are crimped to it are very easy to snap off.

Just wondering why not clean the old one sure there's nothing wrong with it .

What does the sensor at the bottom of the carburettor do

You left out what cable was shown at 8:02 and that’s what I need to know that’s where my carb is leaking

What's that hose next to the throttle body on the new carb? You didn't explain that part. It's on my new carb also, but it's not on my old carb. I assume it's also a vent hose but can't find any definitive answer anywhere. Good video though.

What about the hose on the very bottom where does it go

Vent hoses are for accidental water

I hope you didn’t charge him extra for that air filter because I watched you squeeze the shit out of that air filter and broke it. I never had an air filter be that hard to come off. This is why I do my mechanic work.
