This fuel pressure is leaking past the internal diaphragm that is connected to the intake manifold. This causes all cylinders to run rich. This was misdiagnosed by another mechanic as being one bad injector, although for the life of me I will never figure out how he thought one injector being bad would foul all four spark plugs.
