If relay clicks, but fuel pump does not get power and does not prime, where do you check? Is there a problem with the kill switch or is there a fuel pump fuse? Bike had been in an accident. Could the tilt sensor shut down the fuel pump?
I'd check the tilt sensor,, but before that hardware your fuel pump to 12 volts and see if you can get it to spend just to eliminate that problem first
Sorry about the late response to your question,, but you have to take the sending unit out of the tank to get to the pump and the strainer,,, thank you for your question
Thank you for the question,,, I do believe the second line on the bottom of the pump is just a vent line,,, as far as your bike not running I'm not quite sure what that would be you said you did something with the clutch,, if you turn your bike on you should be able to hear your pump prime if you can't pull the fuel line off grab a cloth and then turn your bike on again and you should have fuel spitting out the bottom,,, if you don't your pump might be out the door,, hopefully my response helped you please let me know thank you
That's most likely your problem then,,, a lot of times mine would spin and hum really nicely but then other times I've fired up and it would make more of a gurgle sound,,, and when I had a ride my bike would stutter a lot and the check engine light would come on
