fuel senders are different I stuffed up and the problem I had

Good to see more videos and in depth fixes for the commodore issues we all face at some point, especially without having to scroll through forums. I had the same problem years ago on my old VY also when i was a young apprentice, i sent myself crazy but finally after doing the thing i should have done in the first place i decided to crossreference part numbers to find it was an vy L67 pump, but using my work scan tool though i easily calibrated the fuel gauge in a few clicks of a button. It really shows that persistence pays off. Awesome videos mate, definitely earns a subscribe! 👍👍👍

Thanks heaps mate. I reckon you have saved me a heap of time working this out. It's the same as ABS modules. Different series, different part numbers. Grrrrrr

Did u say blue wires Byron, there's ya problem mate. No real Holden works with blue wires. And I'm bloody surprised how many uses a WD40 has. Gr8 content mate...

Byron you are a dead set legend, mums car has the same drama. Garage said it would have to be recalibrated by GM but it looks like maybe the wrong one has been fitted because GM said no calibration in necessary. The garage fitted the gauge and low fuel alarm kept coming on with half a tank. The second one works in reverse so a little stumped. Maybe first one was correct but needed the battery disconnect to reset everything but this wasn't done. I would appreciate your take if you could please. Also is it much drama to drop the tank, 2004 VY wagon. Cheers 🍻. P.S. I just found the tank drop video you did before this one 👌.

Byron my 2003 VY at 365,000 just had furl sender fail yesterday😌 so didnt know VIN was an issue just about to head Bursons now....ok mate does this fit a series 1... legend Byron 👍👍 itll look like i know what im doing 😂

Hi, was wondering if you might still have one of the old fuel pumps laying around. If so. Could you show the blown apart view of the pressure release valve that's under the top of the unit, which is on the outlet to the carbon canister?
