His partners case was overturned and he got released soon after being sentenced. 2 years in prison would have been long for this crime on a first offense. This is all about the murders that he allegedly got away with and now this guy wants him to return to prison for a minor parole violation. At least wait until the guy does something serious enough to trump up some new charges!
