Awesome review of some must have accessories. I have the Small Rig L frame as well, and Ive ordered myself a Lensmate thumgrip, the Squarehood Model V lens hood and the Moment Cinebloom 10% diffuser. Those are some nice hot shoe covers. Love the Sakura designs. Happy shooting!

I must say the skin is a must buy. There is a little dent on my camera and i don't know where it came from. Such a shame i didn't put skin earlier.

How many of us here have some "accessories" but they are just sitting around on our shelf and or desk..because we still don't have the camera!!! I pre ordered on pre order day Feb 20 at 8am from BH Photo.. maybe in hindsight I should have pre ordered from a couple other places..instead of one place..my logic was that I have been using BH Photo for years and figured they would have a good supply and be ready..but it all comes down to FUJI and their production and shipment to BH..its not BH Photos fault its FUJI!..

I agree! I remember during the first days of pre-order, they said that they have enough supply for all but didn't really. Hoping that you'll get your X100VI soon! 🤞

@@dicesales thank you..yes I hope so as well!..heres hoping for June or July at the latest..lol one thing thats exciting that Fujirumors mentioned is a "fixed lens GFX"..if its anything like a smaller GFX50R.i am all for it!...love the GFX50R body style..a bigger brother to both the XPro and X100 bodies..lol

FYI don’t be fooled into thinking that the filter will make any X100 “weather sealed”. This is a complete myth. It might be slightly weather resistant, at best. There are no rubber seals on the port door (which is really flimsy) and no protection around the hot shoe and battery door. I would imagine moisture can penetrate the camera from multiple points, like the buttons etc. also.

I used my x100v in the rain and heavy snow for years and it’s fine, i never even worried about it.

I got mine from Alphagvrd, I've added the link in the description :) the ones from Ali are pretty much the same but cheaper. I bought one just to compare and there's not much difference.

I got my one from Alphagvrd called "Nocturnal Waves". Its nice but I don't personally recommend it as its a bit pricey. @@dicesales love the Nocturnal Waves one I got it on my A7RV bodies..its awesome thanks to Atola Visual for that design she has it on her YT channel explaining the process with her brother..they came up with that design collaboration with Alpagvrd..if you have not seen it I recommend checking it out..
