Yes, I think because the entrance is a little hidden (behind what looks like an information) it's not so obvious. Plus there is no English, which makes it a bit difficult, but its quite beautiful inside, plus knowing you stand where the heart of the Buddha is, makes it rather special :)
@@LetsTravelandEat i have been inside the Kamakura Buddha. 😁. i also have been to the reclining Buddha in Thailand. they are almost the same size. there is also a solid gold Buddha there, that is worth an estimated $250 million dollars😲
Oh wow!!! I would love to see that! I have been to the Kamakura one, but it seemed small compared to this. There is another one hidden in Kyoto, I made a video, the "Ryōzen Kannon" it filled with small statues, very beautiful :)
