I think, it's a sexual joke. You know, like a woman bends down to take something off the ground and the guy like, look at her ass or something. Instead it's Uki took the soap off the floor and Fuuchan is checking him out or something. Supposedly. Except it turned into a joke of Fulgur=Luca because Luca joined VC at the right time and Fulgur leave VC also at the right time. Fulgur's timing is amazing, Luca's even more so. Poor Uki lol.

Didn't Luxim say that this happened with Luca and Shu before debut , that's why they had jokes that Shu and Luca are the same person. It doesn't help that Shu and Luca sound similar especially when they're together that even clippers get confused about who said who sometimes.
