sir,why r u using K-map for adding carry term,i was adding all carry term simply then i got AB+C(A ex-or B) but i.e. is not correct,why so?

thanks sir, but there was really no need of 3 NOT gates in the full adder circuit. Time -> 15:56

I guess you are referring to step where (B'C + BC' ) is written as ( B xor C ). If yes... Then that is because of Boolean equivalency. Refer to this link for more detailed understanding www.allaboutcircuits.com/textbook/digital/chpt-7/the-exclusive-or-function-xor/
