I bougth some physical versions on Buckethead page, but they dont answer me for the traking any body have some experience bying on Bucket website? PD: I'm from Costa Rica.
SENSATIONAL & AWESOME I really DONT CARE what he does I’m NOT gonna WINGE & WHINE MOAN & COMPLAIN “Oh, he’s done this before” or “He’s done that before” and “Why did he do this” and “Why did he do that” etc etc etc I just do ONE THING......,,, I just LISTEN to it & ENJOY it simple
100% He doesn't owe anyone anything. Every time he puts something out, I'm just thrilled to know he's alive and well and still holding that guitar! Buckethead forever!
When the Bucket is ON there´s no stopping him. And he definitely is ON on this Pike. His groove is beyond this world on this one. A true Masterpiece Pike.
Damn I need to play catch-up on some of these. His visual art is really beginning to take shape. I am really loving these album covers over the last 10 pikes.
wasn't there a cereal called frankenberrys back in the 80's?? i love the title and of course Buckethead kiiled it again on this pikes. thanks for the upload
U r being sarcastic right? they still make those only in Halloween..Count Chocula, Boo Berry, and of course Franken Berry cereals. Sold nationwide in october.
I'd been hoping Bucket would reprise his great riffs on Flare and this seems to be it! Good rocker, and a nice improvement on the unfortunate sound quality of the Northern Lights pike.
Lyrics would ruin it. This is BH right here--nothing else, and he is most definitely world famous. He just isn't your traditional rock star. He is unique in a world of imitation. We already have a Robert Plant.
these are pikes not albums so its like Bucket is more or less free styling - i wish the mass public gave a shit about actual good music enough for a guy like this to put six months to a year or more into a band and an album with a great singer etc but alas its just him doing whatever he wants for a 1/2 hour and there it is- i still love it but that's my guess as to why these things are what they are which are still awesome anyway
My guess is that he made a conscious decision to challenge himself to NOT shred for a while. I have to laugh at people who think this is a lack of effort on his part. For a guy like Buckethead, shredding and soloing come easy and he could do that all day with one hand tied behind his back and blindfolded. He's obviously seeing what happens when he concentrates on other aspects of the music. Remember, these Pikes are just his playground. He's experimenting and that's fine. If he had done nothing last year but put out Electrum, I would have been perfectly happy.
What ever happened to owning grooves with rhythm mayhem and riff madness...... I think he's leaving the solo up to our imaginations. Meanwhile....... Don't forget to work the fuck out of those rhythms and riffs.... and those DRUMSSSSsssss!!!!!!
these pikes are so bad, he's literally just recording jams and expects us to be thankful for it. I could make this album lol. Quality over quantity please
if he tries to improve his composing skills an' developes his ideas maybe he could record one real album ; sorry, I find boring an' flat his hundreds of "records" ...try John Scofield, Jim Hall, Allan Holdsworth, Pat Martino, Scott Henderson, ...
Why listen then? Listen to the ones you listed and shhhh. Until you can even write, compose and play a 100th of music of Bucketheads quality , then maybe your opinion will be worth possibly entertaining.
