When an indie game gets a million views on it's music you know they did something right.

Fun fact: Darren Korb produced all the music for the game before most of the levels were made. Supergiant built all of the levels around Darren's Soundtrack. It explains why the environments and the music fit so well together.

Did You Know: This soundtrack was made by one dude alone, and he recorder everything literally in his closet. It's crazy where pure talent will get you. Also, the narrator is his roommate, recording in the same closet.

Now The Kid, he goes onto RU-vid, and finds himself a soundtrack that he can surely listen to night and day.

"Walk by a kid holding a machete and a mortar... you just keep on walking"

It's sad, to think you can never experience this game for the first time again.

A good old Spear and a Bow, the Kid don't need fancy tools.

This game is a good example of how often "Less is More". Simple, not eye tiring, beautiful graphic style, curious story telling. I didn't get bored a minute playing it.

There's three things I'll always miss though One, not havin' to watch my step all the time Two... Ah... forget about two And three... I miss the songs

I'm playing this game for the first time now. Beautiful work! Love the narration, the art style, the music, and just the overall vibe of the game. It really sucks you in. Helps that the combat is pretty satisfying as well. Can't wait to see where the story goes.

I have been listening to this soundtrack for years, countless times, and just tonight I realized the riff from The Pantheon (the last track) is playing in the background of Get Used To It (the first track). Incredible, and really adds a layer to the Narrator and how he knows what he knows throughout the game.

Omgt, it's so GOOOOOD! There's not a soundtrack on there that isn't a delight to the ears. Each piece is so uniquely different and yet equally beautiful. Plus the whole style of music is fresh and original, something new. It has its own distinct, lovely style that's instantly recognizable.

That "Thank You" at the end... 10/10 would have heart melted again

When my buddy said this was one of the greatest soundtracks out there, I didn't believe him. I stand corrected.

I loved this game.. I still have it, and still play it. Whenever the option to abandon Zulf or save him came up.... I couldn't do it. I couldn't leave him behind. He may have been trying to destroy what the goal was going to be, but I couldn't leave him behind.

Six years. It's been six whole years since I last played this game. And I still come back to immerse myself in one of the best sounding game soundtracks of all time.

Zulf's theme is by far the best.

I honestly can't thumbs up this enough. The Bastion game is well written, clean gameplay, gorgeous scenery, and the sound track is unbelievable.

Honestly I think Terminal March is my favorite of the instrumentals, but regardless of what your favorite is, MY GOD THE MUSIC SELECTION WAS PERFECT FOR THIS GAME.

I've run this OST in the background when I'm writing for over a year and must have heard it a good 100 times by now! Still parts of it gives me goosebumps.

I love this game's soundtrack. My favorite weapon combo was Dueling Pistols and War Machete. I was super quick on firing off a volley of bullets with the pistols, and backing that up with either quick slashes or Perfect throws of the machete. The two were a fierce combination.

Just played this game for the first. What a brilliant gem. I was hooked from the word go, and loved every second of this experience. Amazing that Supergiant made their debut with this title. Kudos to them!

Bastion is really a comfort-game for me, it's kinda like an escape, a little safe space. I just finished playing it for the second time and had such a big smile on my face when Setting Sail, Coming Home started and Rucks spoke his last lines♡ I love, love, love this game♡

Terminal March is so cool

I don't play a lot of video games to completion as I am more an anime and arts/crafts kind of person and while I love a lot of things about games they require a lot of time and undivided attention to complete, but I loved Bastion I bought it off Steam and got the OST there as well and I've only played it through once but that's "a lot" for me as most games I don't get round to finishing no matter how much I like them. The OST is so beautiful even if you haven't got time to play the whole game I'd still recommend the music :)

Wow. I've heard about this game but I've never played it. I just stumbled upon this, and now I wanna get it.

I was 6 when this game came out my brother bought this on the 360 and I remember playing it and had no idea how to play but this ost is so nostalgic im now 16 and gonna play it again now ill edit my comment when I finish if anyone even sees this

Epic soundtrack to an epic game! The game itself, I love that it has an old school feel with that isometric view and those painted/pre-rendered visuals. So good! :D
