Your grandma did an amazing job! I would never think she is in her eighties. I’m 58 and would have trouble keeping up with her. Lol

This exercise video was especially nice since I too am in my 80s. Most of the time you are doing the moves with a much younger person - way to go grandma!!

Hi Dr. Alyssa - I have enjoyed some of your workout videos as I have arthritis in hips and knees. You take the time on these and make it possible for me to follow along. Also having your Grandma on with you shows that all ages can do these. She looks great! Thank you for all you do.

What are your thoughts on rehabbing a knock knee that probably occurred from an arthritic hip (that has since been replaced)? The knee hurts more than the hip ever did, and I’d like to avoid knee replacement if I can.

I have arthritis and plastic and metal in my lower lumbar and have to have a fifth surgery soon please do a video on my condition I have spinal stenosis also and my legs get horrible pain and then they collapse. I know you’re busy but could you notify me when you made that video I am scared and I need to help I’m 63 years old and I don’t want to die without living first

If I may ask a question... is it ok [or preferable] to do this set every day? Or is it better to take one or two days off per week. I'm a 70+ year old with an artificial hip on one side and arthritic hip and knee on the other though I am used to doing some mild exercise every day and have done so all my adult life. Thanks for answering this if you have the time. I like your videos a great deal compared to many that I have watched on RU-vid©.
