Wowza!!!!!!!! Amazing amazing workout!!!!!! The EMOM in the beginning was a workout in itself. LOL You NEVER give useless information! You are the BEST educator!!!!!! Thank you so much
Hi PJ. Karen from NJ. I was so not in the mood to exercise today but you made it worthwhile. I do yoga once a week as well so liked that. I like your variety of exercises and your explanations which helps educate. Good job LH with the flowers.
First workout back after a couple of months of not being able to due to burnout from stressful job. Resigned, took a week to rest, took a week of vacation with the husband, now here again! I have definitely grown weaker, but taking it easy on myself. PJ this was a GREAT workout! Just what I needed.🏋🏼♀️
Mind engaged ✔️ Calories torched ✔️ Heart rate up ✔️ Remember MC Hammer parachute pants? I always appreciate your anatomy 101 mini classes. Flowers always lift my spirits! So does working with you! Thanks, PJ!❤
Great workout PJ! I usually cannot do those get-ups (or maybe I just hate them) but I tried them and did them without using my hands and without weights. I DID THEM! Maybe someday I can do them with weights. But for now, I'm going to keep trying them instead of doing the alternate. Thank you!!
Good morning everyone. Hope all is well with you and your families. This morning I struggle but I push through and got my work done. Thank you PJ for always inspiring us even when we feel at our lowest. You said just show up is enough and doing what we can. I appreciate you very much. Give LH our Love.
Excellent work out, PJ! Thanks! And for your sweet husband…any time someone says “What did you do?” The answer is, “It’s not what I did, it’s what I’m doing, and that is loving my wife well.” ❤
That was incredibly good PJ!! Perfect for a rainy Sunday morning.. Have my Rott Amigo sitting beside me.. Love your workouts PJ.. You're a blessing to me.. Hugs and a huge God bless you❤ lisa
Thanks for an awesome workout PJ! I love Yin yoga too- it's made a huge difference in my flexibility and helps reduce the pain in my back and hip. And having pets means I HAVE to be able to get up and down off the floor about a million times a day (I can't walk past a kitten without popping down to pet him!). Not to mention having to retrieve their toys from under the furniture all the time ;)
Yin is yummy, my joints feel so much looser since doing. And I also feel blessed to have a husband who brings me flowers because he knows I love them. ❤
Really any other leg exercise can sub in. If you can do reverse lunges, or as Sue suggested below, step out side squat, or if you want to avoid knee flexion you can do standing fire hydrants, or on the ground bridges.
Wise check with your doctor if taking any other medication. Creatine can be found naturally in red meat, chicken and fish. Overall, it can be a great addition to a supplement routine for active older people.
