FULL BODY Kettlebell Workout For Judo Fighters
In this video, David takes you through a full body Kettlebell routine that helps to develop explosive strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance as well as body control, making this workout perfect for Judo Fighters, anyone involved in a dynamic grappling sport, or someone wanting to train and look like a fighter.
This workout was a favourite of David's whilst he was training as a full-time Judo athlete and it is one that he regularly gets his students to do as part of their training programs.
- The Workout -
1) Single Arm KB Snatch (5 Reps)
2) KB Swings (5 Reps)
3) Goblet Squats (5 Reps)
4) Single Arm KB Snatch (5 Reps - Other Arm)
5) Waiter Walk (10m - Each Arm)
= 1 Round (3 Rounds = 1 Set)
{Do 3 rounds without rest - complete 3 sets of 3 rounds, Resting 1 minute Between Each Set}
