I just picked this randomly from the challenge since I wanted something to end my week and I just love when a practice just seems to be exactly what you need in that moment. Thanks Tim!
I was challenged to stay focused throughout (because my mind kept reminding me this one was "29 minutes"), then we neared the end, and a flood of gratefulness overcame me. Thank you for all you do Tim.
Great practice to start the day! Love hearing the ocean waves in the background. Helps with relaxing while holding the more challenging poses. Thanks, Tim 🙏
Hi Tim, the tip you gave today to practice to do the crow pose was very helpful. It does take off the anxiety and fear to fall off on your face. Thank you! 🙏 😊
Hi Tim ! My hamstrings are so tight in the morning... Reaching my foot in half moon : impossible ! I love the pace of your class and the power of sound of the waves on the mind 👌. Thank you !
Thanks, Tim! Today was a challenge for my balance. I think my hips are tight and I may work on them a little while I am warmed up and try this one again tomorrow.
i loved the class thanks so much. Someone left a yoga block on the beach 😂 you should use a rock some day 😁 and i really love the do what you should not what you can thing, it's going to be my motto this year. I've been reminding myself about it quite a few times already and i love that you remind us about it as well throughout the challenge! thanks so much Tim, i hope you have a peaceful day 🙏🏻
Your classes are calming, peaceful and energizing. I feel centered when I practice with you. I love your sense of humor. I have learnt what I should do and less of what I can do. Namaste!
Fab practice today (couldn't access it from the Challenge calendar though - found it on line elsewhere). Good level of challenge and stillness for me. And i found myself breathing with the waves rolling in the background. Thank you
OMG....I loved this flow.....you are an amazing teacher. Thanks for your calm, thanks for your patience, thanks for your voice, thanks for your knowledge.....thank you Tim. 🙏Namaste
Your best advice for me-"don't push it, be gentle." How easy it is to forget. I have always appreciated your emphasis on the balance of intensity and ease. Namaste.
@@yogawithtim I have to give you credit, my friend; I've been following you now for several years, and every time I comment on these little videos, you take the time to respond. It speaks to your character and dedication. Thank you for doing what you do and your team for making this a fantastic experience. I've been sharing your website with multiple friends and family.
Found your channel after not really vibng with other channels I've tried. Love your presence and video/yoga quality. This is motivating me to be healthier after a long hiatus.
Thank-you for this class, Tim. I am not here every day, but I am moving through each lesson at my pace. Much gratitude! John, from St. John's NL Canada
I love your energy Tim. Do not understand everything you say (English is not my first language) but I feel your energy of peace and joy. Thanks for the challenge
I love your classes. As a forever beginner for about 5 years I found the squat pose very challenging. I have problem with my knees. What pose should I replaced with.
I enjoyed today’s class and it helped me to release the stress and tension caused by driving earlier. I am thinking that maybe I should do a short yoga class before my driving test. Last time I tried to meditate but it only helped a little bit, still got too stressed and nervous. Maybe going more physical will work better for me next time
🤗🤗🤗I absolutely love this class🙏 so intense and in another way relaxing with the sound of the waves as background music! It feels like I’m there, on the beach in the sun nice and warm … but I’m not: in the house in the cold -6 Celsius outside😩😂
That was great thanks, some interesting balances too, holding the big toe, which I'm happy to say I could do. The sound of the waves is just wonderful, I agree. Thanks Tim 🥰🙏
Two Stiff Scots on day 9 and ...... wow! 🤣 multiple fails from us this time. We will try again tomorrow. I went and found wrist stretches as you suggested, the prayer stretch hurts but seems to be helping. My husband managed to do the crow pose for 2 whole seconds, although we've renamed it, "Levitating Frog Pose" due to his graceful after-flop. Thanks for the work out, Tim! See you tomorrow 🌊
Just remember when something is in pain from overuse stretching will not help but just usually irritate the tissue. You’ll need to give the wrist time to recover and then mobilize and strengthen slowly. The soreness is just a sign that there’s getting too much stimulus to be able to recover from. So reduce the stimulus and then slowly reintroduce. Also remember I’m not a PT and it’s best to consult a PT or physio for any pain or injury.
I also like the wave sounds but sometimes I can't hear you over the crashing. Real nice class today, nothing too extreme. My balance was a little off on one side, maybe it's a full moon. Thanks Tim, see you tomorrow.
Tim: 20 minute practice. Timer: 29:01. No worries, more Tim Time = 👍 Some fun new poses here, and from following you off and on for about a year, I'm learning to back off and not go for jam sessions. Less is more, except for Dolly Parton and "Yoga With Tim videos".
I sent the updated calendar link on day 5. I also have a playlist and am still sending you the emails with the class every day. Are you still receiving the emails?
Practice bird dog exercise for a few weeks 3x a week so that your core gets stronger. Then when you return to Navasana practice with both heels down on the ground making your you can feel you core helping with the movement
Great yoga. Great setting. Vibes strongly influenced by Travis Eliot's empowered series but with Tim's vibe and take on power yoga in a less cardio-centric way. Better pacing than the Travis Eliot style and more thorough though they both cover a lot of ground. Some of the best offerings to the youtube yoga community. 👌
Thank you so much for this challenge! I love Ardha Chandra Chapasana (Sugarcane Pose) and I haven't done it in a while because I moved and I no longer go to the studio or gym! Wonderful insights also! I love the variety of classes :)
Thanks Tim, today I struggled with some moves as I can't stretch my leg that well on some poses and I need to rebalance. I try to stay connected and breath and do possible movements although they aren't the same. Can we do a balance routine with meditation? Thanks.
Is there anything I can do to replace the boat and the whole part with it? My tailbone is a bit more evident so It hurts and I end up going to the side due to the tailbone being in the way 😅
