I wouldn't really call Samuel and Coleman a down grade considering Gabe and diggs production last year

I think 12-5 is realistic. On your ceiling analysis, you forgot to give them a week 2 win over MIA. As a Miami fan, I always expect a Bills sweep.

Their ceiling is 14-3, floor is 10-7. And then if Josh Allen gets hurt the floor is 3-14

If there's one QB that can go 11-6 with new faces all around the roster, it's Josh Allen.

Offense won’t miss a beat. Joe Brady showed he knew how to use the Bills arsenal. Morse was a loss but they got a steal at C in the draft. D-Line was great and should still be good, and LB is a strength. It’s all the changes in the secondary that concern me.

Remember Diggs and Davis had total yard games of 35 yards in the 2nd half of the season! Should maybe include this in your little video! 12-5 11-6 floor book it!

Gabe Davis had a down year and Diggs was invisible after week 6 because they went heavy to James Cook. I'd say Josh doesn't have to have an MVP-type season to get to 8 wins, but if he does that's a lock of 10-13 wins. AFC East is deceptively weaker than it looks on paper. Especially if ARod gets injured again and Tua regresses/gets hurt.

Allen is worth 9 wins alone. This is a 12-14 win season.

My thoughts is that the receiving core got better. Shakir was the best receiver on the team last year. Diggs got a lot of targets and he also dropped a lot of balls. A lot of the INT's that Allen threw last year went in the direction of Davis... Sometimes Davis cut the other way when the ball was in the air. So miss communication or a lack of understanding between him and Allen. By all accounts in Camp Coleman seems to look like he belongs and Shakir basically caught everything thrown at him. Kinkaid by accounts is taking a step forward... So you might be looking at a great Receiving team.

If we know anything about McDermott's defense is that any team that isn't a contender they will smother in the regular season and stat pad. Probably 7-8 games the defense will help ensure they win. Also knowing Allen then he will give away 2 games so 7-2 then they usually split the rest vs good teams. so add 4-4 to that and you get 11-6 as the expected result(not the ceiling). Add 2 over for ceiling so 13-4, and 2 under for floor so 9-8. That said they'll make the playoffs and once again it'll come down to seeding. If this team gets anyone except KC and Cincy this could be a super bowl appearance. KC and Cincy are their AFC demons though and they don't match well vs them. If their bracket looks like vs wild card team, vs Ravens next round, (while Cincy maybe takes out KC on the other side then gets taken out by a team like the Texans in the 2nd round), then AFCCG vs Texans - they could make the superbowl. But if the seeding luck has them against KC/CIN again in the divisional then at best they will maybe win that game and be mentally gone before the AFCCG and get knocked. Floor is divisional round ceiling is a super bowl loss.

Saying Philips is as good as Jones is an absolutely awful take. Rapp is the Poyer replacement and Edwards is the Hyde replacement, Bishop is the depth guy. I agree Safeties are probably a minor downgrade over last season, just thought your alignment there was a bit off

We can have an amazing season if some of these new guys and guys we're expecting to step up come through. Really hope they do.

Let's talk when they are 10 and 2 but please, by all means, continue to overlook and underestimate them. Concentrate on Rogers and Tua.

I think 11 wins is very possible, I just wouldn’t call it a ceiling. The 11 you said plus another win over Miami (assuming Allen continues his dominance of the dolphins). It’s possible they win 2 on the jets and I’d think it’s very possible they win at least 1 of ravens, Texans, niners, lions. I’m not saying they’re a 14 win team, but 13/14 seems more like their ceiling. Again, as a ceiling not what I expect. I do agree with 8 as a floor.

To much emphasis put on diggs being gone, won't matter, to many other good players. Will not be any dropoff in bills offensive production as long as the O- line is as good. That's the real test.

If they end up 8 and 9 or 9 and 8 and waste yet another year of Allens career, just pack it in, at some point Allen will ask his agent to trade him, get an offensive mastermind for a head coach in here. Look, they will have a lot more money next year, but its a shame to waste a year of Allens prime, while all the teams around have yet another year to get better
