THIS WAS MY SIGN! My dad is buying property in a couple years and he is paying for the well and septic - I said I’ll probably need only $80k to get an A frame built! Can’t believe I ball parked that price spot on. THANK YOU GUYS!

_Another loft upstairs on the opposite side (front of the house) would be the only thing I add on to it. Yes you'll possibly be sacrificing that large window there, but you'll have a guest loft lol._

Its nice ya really...these costs are from contractors...ok...but if u built yourself it will cost less...but understand folks...now 2nd property are selling for 400k minimum...huge demand! Cool😊
Is the total cost to build including the labor for everything? Or mainly the materials cost? I am building the same plan near San Antonio Texas and my costs are significantly higher than that. I have a septic with no well and the general contractor bid me at roughly 185,000 for the cost to build.
Our builder was able to keep costs down because he did basically everything! he did not have to hire sub contractors which is usually where costs get higher. remember that we shared our septic with the main cabin as we built both at the same time so that also lowered our costs significantly getting larger bulk prices
