This was an excellent video for anyone who wants to lean CLF Kung fu. I am a student of CLF and already know this form but I think even a beginner could learn from your lesson. Thank you for sharing your knowledge of the art of CLF.

Super cool form....what Choy Lee Fut lineage are you training in...I noticed few differences from my SHK, yet I can tell it is Siu Hung Kuen of CLF....awesome power with torque of waist!!! Nice!!!

Hello Sifu, I was hoping you could help answer a question for me. I practiced choy lee fut for a short time a few years back and really enjoyed it. I've been wanting to get back into it for some time now, but due to things like Covid and, well, not having a school near by, it's been a bit difficult to learn more. I know the foundations, but I don't know any of the forms. I was hoping you could tell me what some of the core forms are for choy lee fut. I've tried looking it up online, but there's no clear answer for what the essential forms are. If you could tell me what you think the essential/core forms are for Choy lee are, I'd be very grateful. Thank you!
